Welcome to Koda and I's personal paradise, featuring several horses and a donkey! Stop by and visit us as a side quest so you can relax and enjoy the view in a peaceful, quiet countryside setting both you and your dog(s) will enjoy! Choose to either kick back and let your dog go full steam ahead in the .5 acre, four foot, fully fenced pup play yard, which has been vetted by dogs small and large, puppies and seniors, and both high energy and couch potatoes alike, or do some on leash training or long lead play in the accompanying open field next to the enclosed yard. Our yard has been tested (and approved) by Pomeranians, Yorkies, Beagles, Pitties, Whippets, and all of our Sniffspot visitors, and it's even horse proof! Natural grass fills the property, with only the occasional use of weed killer along fencelines to keep up with property maintenance and stay on top of bugs. There are several huge shade trees that my pup and his friends enjoy laying under. If you are looking to desensitize your pup to horses, reach out and I may be able to arrange turn out so they can get up close and personal, while maintaining the barrier of the fence. But otherwise, the Spot and the horse pastures are completely separate from each other, giving you and your pups a chance to admire from a distance! We are animal friendly, but dogs will be inside or gone, and cats will either be inside or find trees while your pet enjoys the space. We do have a pool that is not dog friendly.

Your dog is welcome to run off leash, dig in the mulch, and romp without worry! We also have several add an extras so you can customize the experience based on your preferences. Our location is secure. We have a .11 acre yard surrounded by a 6ft fence. You'll never need to worry about your furry friend pulling a Houdini act. We have 4 wood chairs available for you to lounge in during the visit. *Please let me know if you'll have any additional guess and I'll make sure all the chairs have cushions. We plan to start a dog edible garden this spring! So check back soon. We know you and your dog will love our spot and look forward to having you visit. *My neighbor (on the corner) has a new puppy. You can occasionally hear him barking when he's home alone.

***Naturally treat our yard in the summer so that our guests can enjoy As a rescuer, I totally understand some dogs just can't do social (myself, most of the time too), so dog park is a No. SniffSpot is an option for those special pooches. Quiet private Oasis for guests, private 100% fenced yard, sloped grass yard with 3 patio area. A lot to sniff, a lot of stairs to work out those legs. Very clean yard since I pick up after my own dogs daily. You can sit and relax or enjoy your book or bring a date. Squirrels and birds will make your visit more exciting. We're only 3 mins from Fenton, 2 mins from Downtown Cary. ***in the summer we add a baby doggie pool, fresh water, right before booking. We have a fully fenced in large back yard for your furry buds to roam, dig, sniff, chase squirrels, sun bathe, etc…. There are gardens that we aren’t likely to cultivate this year so if they dig in there, that’s totally fine by us. All the growth is either weeds, blueberries, lemon thyme (help yourself). There’s another garden that my dog loves to hide out in when she’s outside. Your pup is welcome to as well or, dig if they feel like it. There have been no break outs so there aren’t any spots as of yet. My dog (who will absolutely remain inside) is a 17 year old lab and not a digger.

You’ll find room to RUN at our Hidden Pond Doggie Play Spot. Located just 1 minute from the center of the Wendell Falls sprawling development, we have about an acre and a half for you and your pups to run around and have fun. About half of it is mostly flat grassland with a slight rolling hill, and the other half is about knee-high to waist-high plants like tall grass, kudzu, and saplings. Your furry friends will love to explore! Down at the bottom of the hill near our neighbor’s little pond, and depending on recent rains, you can usually find about 300 square feet of muddy-puddle-goodness loaded with frogs and tadpoles to chase. Unfortunately the pond is NOT ours and we can NOT grant access to it for any humans or dogs. Please bring your own bags and clean up after your pets for a healthy and hygienic experience for everyone. Plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles, so bring your friends and their dogs!
