55We used this space to introduce 2 dogs for the first time (one of which is reactive). The space was great, wide open and very easy to get just space between the dogs. The host was very welcoming and kind about my dog’s reactive barking, which was MUCH appreciated!Jennifer B.

55My 15 month-old black lab and I love this spot. He loves to run, goof around, and fetch stuff that I throw for him. Although I walk him several miles each day regardless of the weather, the walks by themselves just aren’t enough for him. He needs to just run around every so often and burn off his excess energy, and I don’t yet have a fenced yard. We’ve come here a handful of times now, and when driving there he starts getting super excited when we get within several miles of it.
It’s in a peaceful, rural area completely enclosed by a secure fence. The entire acre is meticulously mowed and kept in better shape than most recreational baseball diamonds. The owners have thoughtfully placed a park bench under a shade tree and left a couple of gallon jugs of water nearby (even though I bring water for my dog), as well as a waste can to dispose of dog poop bags. We’ll be coming back as often as possible. Joseph H.

55We had a blast. The area is beautiful and well kept. It was the perfect size for two dogs who enjoy two different things. One ran like the wind and the other got to play catch the whole time. Definitely worth it, will probably go again.Maria R.

55We visited Richard’s place halfway through our roadtrip home and it was the perfect way point. Our pup loved sniffing around the field and stretching his legs after the drive. It was quiet (great for our reactive pup), clean, and had lots of thoughtful touches like water, a bench and a bin for waste. Highly recommend!Kaeti H.

55First time using sniffspot and could not be happier! Exactly what we were looking for: a large open grass field for my high energy dog to play in. Super easy to find, they even have an assigned parking spot right next to the fenced in area! Nice grass, not muddy, so even on a rainy, wet day like today, it was a perfect spot to play! I only wish we would live closer, so we could go there every day! Christine W.

FAQ about our Bealeton fully fenced dog parks
Are fully fenced dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. Human and animal safety is our #1 focus. Without a private option, many dog owners are relegated to using athletic fields or tennis courts for their dogs, which are not private or safe. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. And with fully fenced Sniffspot parks, you can get the safety of a fenced-in space for dogs, while still having plenty of space to run.

How do I know if a fully fenced dog park works for my dog?
Many people looking for fully fenced parks have dogs that are not good with voice control. You can see attributes of fences such as height, gaps and fencing type to find the perfect fenced-in space for dogs. You can filter by size to make sure you have plenty of space, or a smaller space if you prefer a neighborhood park. You can browse on a map by park location to find one in your city or near your city. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our off-leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible near the space. Make sure to review the amenities of the spot to check features you want for your activity, such as fresh water, trail features such as soft trails or walking trails, or even water fountains. If you prefer wood chips, many of our parks have wood chips or indoor space if you prefer a beautiful park building.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot fully fenced dog park?
We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not permit use by pregnant dogs and we do not permit dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules, such as staying within the designated off-leash areas. Each park location also has their own set of rules that guests need to follow, such as limiting excessive barking.
