All guests pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and introduced to the host. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am.

There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds and garden. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog. Poop bags are provided free of charge and found underneath the garden hose.

We also have a patio with a Solo Stove and an area with a regular fire pit for the dog moms and dads to hang out by. We have a small plastic pool that we clean out daily for your dogs to enjoy and a kiddy slide your pups can climb on or slide down on! Theres plenty of balls so no need to bring your own.

Recently got some trees cut down but we have a good space for a little doggie fun! I found that kids and dogs love the same things haha. Still working on a potty area near the fence entranc, as well as a rock border, but awesome place to chill and read a book while your dog runs around and explores. If your dog is friendly, would love to pet your pup! My middle is allergic so we will never be able to have a dog but we love them. I do have plants, so if your dog eats them, this may not be the yard for you. Have a sandbox with dirt for digging and a coaster for them to climb. There is a small opening under the deck, so if your dog is tiny, they may be curious to go under. I do use organic pet friendly weed killer sometimes but I try to keep the back as organic as possible.

If you don’t pickup after your dog there is a $25 fee. You may see myself or cleaners inside the home but you have full private use of the backyard.

Fully fenced in backyard for you and your pup to enjoy! Spot has a hose for you to use, as well as water bowls (bowls will not be filled so there is no standing water). There is a box on the side of our shed with poop bags, please pick up after your pups! We also have a backyard camera for our safety as well as yours!

I lost my dog 2 years ago. I fell deeply in love with dogs after I completed a dog program that was held in Oakland County. I recently lost my dog Pablo who was not only a dog but a family member. The love, patience, and understanding that I have for dogs are like no other. Knowing that I’m not fully healed from my lost I still the love the feeling that dogs brings. Bring your dogs to jump on me, run in the sun, play in water hoses, eat treats and snacks. Let me love your dog for a hour or two while you watch and relax or run errands. I just got a dog and I want her to be dog friendly. $20 is for up to 3 hours if you don’t mind other dog friendly dogs. You can have up to 2 dogs any additional dog is $15. I have 4 chairs and there will be a basket sitting on the porch with bags gloves and treats and water bottles for humans and a pitcher of water for dogs. You will find a basket of toys on the side of the fence when you enter. Please clean up all poop! Sorry there is no bathroom for humans. If you want the yard just for you and your dog only it’s $35 for 3 hours. Up to 3 dogs
