Whether your dog needs to run or just have some fun doing simple agility practise, you will love this real grassy yard! Humans can relax in a comfy chair in the covered patio area and toss a ball while sipping on a cold beverage or hot coffee from our self- serve coffee bar (all provided). This spot also has great night lighting if you want to come at night. We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Jump in the pool, do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus pool and patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Please don't worry about dirt in the pool; we'll turn the vacuum on when you leave. :) Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

4th of an acre enclosed yard secured by brick and wood fencing. Plenty of room to run as well as different things to experience. While watching your dog enjoy themselves sit down in the shade have a water and enjoy the view or for an extra fee use the private spa and barbecue grill. Friendly goats on property to view as well.
