Where tails wag fast and wave high, whiskers smile, wet noses sniff, zoomies can zoom and doggie wishes come true! Come alone with your dog, with doggie friends or maybe a doggie birthday "pawty" (pawty packages available). We love being a part of Sniffspot and providing a safe space for dogs to get exercise and explore. I have had reactive dogs and understand the struggles to find fun and safe spaces for them to explore. Come here and enjoy a fully fenced backyard with pool (OPTIONAL EXTRA FEE-POOL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE YARD BOOKING FEE AND YOU MUST ADD EXTRA). Fence height 4 - 5 feet. Large park like setting with grassy flat area for dogs to romp and play. There are dog bowls available and a hose for water. There is seating available as well as a furnished and seasonally decorated gazebo to sit and enjoy some shade and take some cute photos. We also leave free treats in the gazebo for our furry guests. A beautiful large mulberry tree also provides some nice shade. There is a heated built in pool, which is separately fenced for safety, and available for use with ADDITIONAL FEE. Dog toys available for in and out of the pool. For pool users we offer several sizes of dog swim vests from XS to XL. I also offer a supply of bug spray and sunscreens. In case of muddy paws there are pet wipes for dogs, hand wipes for human guests and also a first aid kit just in case. There is a large private driveway for parking. Please remember the purpose of Sniffspot...to interact with your dog so please engage with them and supervise them at all times…no dogs should be unattended at any time. My main focus of becoming a host is for the enjoyment, enrichment, benefit and safety of THE DOGS...this is why we have clear rules, boundaries and limitations which we ask that all of our guests respect. Please always ask if you have any questions or need clarification. Also, as much as we love kids, ADULTS ONLY please. To our pool users...If you have added the pool as an add on, the dogs are all welcome. Their humans (1 adults only per dog) are also allowed to enter with the dog as long as the human is interacting/playing with the dog (if no dog in the pool, then no people in the pool). If your dog has never been in a pool, DO NOT traumatize your dog by just throwing them in and PLEASE USE LIFE VEST (many sizes available) and introduce slowly. I do my best to clean/skim the hair out of the pool between guests IF I am home. Unfortunately, I am not always home and cannot attend to the pool in between, and I apologize in advance if there is hair from a previous guest. I have a robot skimmer which may be floating in the pool to help keep if clean. If it is in the pool, please remove before entering and replace when you are done (there are instructions on how to do that at the pool). If you have a dog that may heavily shed, perhaps brush if possible before attending so that less hair enters the pool. We want to keep it nice and clean for all of our guests so everyone has a positive experience.We also do not want to put extra stress on the pool filter so we can keep it running for everyone to use. I also leave a skimmer net by the pool if needed. FYI...It's NJ so the pool is only open from May until end of September. Please keep this in mind when booking and feel free to message me if you want to check on availability. Our yard is very safe but keep in mind this is a backyard which is surrounded by woods and you are outdoors and there are things you may potentially see or encounter. We do use mosquito control but there can be bugs, mosquitoes, gnats, frogs, spiders, bees, wasps, critters, groundhogs, chipmunks, snakes, rabbits, opossum, squirrels, deer, turkey, hawks just to name a few. This is nature and we cannot control nature. NOTE: 1) PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY DOG THAT IS SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF SICKNESS OR ILLESS (DIARRHEA, VOMITING, COUGHING, LETHARGY). ALSO, I KNOW SNIFFSPOT ASKS ABOUT DOGS BEING VACCINATED BUT DOESN'T REQUIRE PROOF. I BEG OF ANY GUEST THAT YOUR DOG PLEASE BE HEALTHY AND FULLY VACCINATED. I HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS DOG THAT IS IMMUNE COMPROMISED AND I NEED TO PROTECT HIS WELL BEING. 2) Allowed 1-2 ADULTS per dog ONLY. 3) Pool area: Use at your own risk. Pool is 3 - 10ft on the deepest end. No running, diving or food/glass around pool. Please do not leave dogs unattended. 4) Raised deck attached to house not for use by guests. 5) Please return everything to it's proper place where you found it. 6) No alcohol or smoking. 7) Please do not let your dog pee or scratch at the pool equipment (filter/heater) behind the pool. 8) I do have some weekend blocks on the schedule. If you are interested in a specific day/time, please let me know, and I still may be able to accommodate you upon request. 9) I currently have dog limit set to 6 but can accommodate more upon request so please feel free to ask. Great to get zoomies out before or after a leashed hike or training class in our onsite dog training school. Feel free to stop by Buddy's Boutique after playtime for a doggie snack or new toy. Parking available in driveway or on street. Two fenced yards available. One pea-gravel (800 sq feet) and one mostly grass (6000 sq feet). Splash pad, agility equipment, and rental dogs available. Price set as low as it goes. This is not a business this is a community service being run out of a home with a Karen neighbor. Private dog park for your pups! Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, with 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some very small gaps (under 4”) under fencing as it was installed this year. Please do not allow your dog to dig. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 While there is secure fencing under the deck, please also do not allow your dog to dig and create gaps, for safety reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here. You are welcome to park in my driveway (but please do not block in any cars). Thank you for considering our Sniffspot!

Fully fenced yard conveniently located near Route 10 & Horseshoe Lake Park. Small pool is available upon request with access to hose for visitors who want to use our foldable dog pool from Minidips! Great suburban space with beautifully manicured lawn & comfortable seating available for humans. Depending on time of day, lawn usually has both some sunny & shady spots. Our dog loves the yard, but he will be safely inside or out with us so as not to disturb visitors.

Relax in our comfy shaded outdoor seating area while your pup(s) romps, chases a ball, splashes in the baby pool etc, in a large, safe fenced in yard. We look forward to hearing from you and hope you and you dog enjoy our space.

Fenced in 1/10 acre, plenty of room to run and play fetch, or have a fun wrestling match with a friend. They're welcome to mark the vegetable garden to scare away the bunnies!
