I was somewhat concerned about my two being off leash in a not totally fenced area, but there are many trails that are not close to the road and both my dogs loved staying on the groomed trails. The host was amazing and greeted my partner and I and handed us a map of the trail. He also sent me a message before hand with some tidbits about the property, such as the condition of bugs, some trails etc. I do highly recommend bug spray this time of year as well as making sure your dogs are protected too. The host commented on making a new dock to get over some of the wet parts easier, which I think will be an amazing edition to the property. I'll for sure be back with my two pups as they had an amazing time and it was a really great experience.Cali S.

We took the owner’s advice and first headed left to “Downhill”. The view of “Meadow” and the new boardwalk was lovely! “Guardian” and “Locust” trails took some extra time to navigate the longer grass but still doable. Luna loved a dip in the creek! It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
