Close in town, but yet country setting on dead end road, 15 acres total, dog park is at front entrance on left. We started a smaller one several years ago, but then decided to wait and build a 6ft fence dog park in front and just finished it Sept 21, 2024! Still adding amenities! Will be open 24 hours after lighting is installed, hopefully soon! I only have 1 neighbor w 2 dogs about 1 acre away which they are not out till late afternoon, there is a train track but no horn, 2 acre park is at front of my 15 acres. I am here 98 percent of the time, I have a horse, 2 donkeys, 3 cats and 2 dogs. Cats are free roaming but usually stay behind house in barn area or on my back porch. We welcome suggestions as well, as everyone may want different things.

We are a private home business on a shared property of 28 acres. We are not fenced but are pushed farther back on the property for privacy. You have access to our walking trail, which leads back to a pond and creek several acres behind our house. Your dog is welcome to run, Sniff and play as much as they want. We provide treats, snacks, leashes, and even an outdoor grooming tub to rinse off your furry friend after your playtime adventure. Towels also provided. We have a small outdoor run in case you need to house one of your pets while you visit us. You will also have access to water, electricity, and don't hesitate to make use of our hammock, outdoor furniture, and fire pit! This is 7 acres to explore of wooded areas with 2 creeks and lots of shade trees. It is not fully fenced, so please keep dogs on leash. We have 4 ranch cats and chickens (cooped). There is an rv park across the street, and a doggie boarding facility behind us, so your dog may see or hear other dogs. People in the area are dog friendly but this is not a fenced dog park, it is a wooded area to do hiking up some rocky sloping hills and see interesting nature. Please clean up after your pet and have fun.

are real picky about that so I think I'm not going to I just don't know what I would do about that thing I'm going to wait and maybe get some comments on the treats and stuff I may get some of those balls and peanut butter in them something like that but then again I don't think animals are having large allergies to peanuts like humans but the last thing I want to do is provide food that the parents don't allow the dog to I hope this explanation along with the pictures gives you an idea of what me and my boys can offer your family. And although I'm 52 I'm still very teachable so I will be open for any suggestions at any time because this will be a new venture for me even though I've had animals in my life my entire life of all kinds and I keep animals for their entire lifetime. In answering all these questions I realized I might need to get a permit from the City of Garland which is one of the reasons why I will not open for several weeks but I will keep my profile updated. Outside of starting and not for profit equestrian farm for horses that for whatever views or what have you this is the next best thing. Last but not least, I personally am a extreme believer in my boys health when it comes to the yard. Not only for their safety but they're inside and outside dogs so whatever they walk on they bring it to my house which I'll just leave it at that. I hope this isn't too long as I do have a HUGE issue with being brief but I prefer to put everything on the table at the front end versus the back end. I am a very honest direct person can I help you be the same way with me. I hope see I love you here at some point in the near future I'm going to get busy getting the yard up to specs for this type of an opportunity. I look forward to meeting everyone and your babies. We live on 5 acres with 2 houses on it. The whole property is fenced in with a barbwire fence where horses roam 3 acres. We are on 1 acre and the entire back half is fenced in with a 6ft privacy fence, secured by hog wire on the inside. The entire front yard is open for dogs who are great on command and don't tend to run off. I foster dogs with a rescue out of Dallas and own 4 of my own dogs. So we are secured here. Plenty of room for running around. The other acre is my mother's house which is also completely fenced in where her 4 dogs live. We live our babies and helping other animals when we can. If your dogs love running with other dogs my two 1 year old pups love getting energy out and running, or if your dog isn't really friendly with other dogs then they can be put up and they can have the yard to themselves.
