We have a large private fenced yard that sits in a heavily wooded area. There is a very large pool with several covered areas for shade. We do have a bee yard that has 3 working Honeybee Hives that are typically not a problem unless a dog decides to go near the hives and then the ladies will protect their house. Most dog aren’t overly interested in the hives but it must be noted that they are there and can be provoked by a nosey nose😉

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed, even if dogs are present.

Unlike regular chlorine pools, our saltwater oasis is gentle on your dog's coat and sensitive eyes, ensuring they can splash and play without any discomfort. What makes our pool truly special for canines is the pool ramp – a perfect feature for dogs who are a bit hesitant about water. This ramp allows your dog to gradually get used to the water at their own pace. For conservation purposes, we maintain the water level at ramp height, meaning the pool reaches a depth of at least 5 feet at its deepest point. Beyond the pool, there's a world of exploration waiting for your dog. The yard offers a plethora of sniffing spots and leads to the enchanting Cottonwood Creek.
