Hi all, welcome to the family farm! The front pasture is currently not being occupied, therefore there is plenty of space to have your dog run wild in a private setting! The pasture is mostly fenced and mowed when needed! Parking is in front of the grape harbor.

Updated 1/2024 HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you find whatever you are seeking for your new year's goals. I want to thank you all for visiting and often returning! And for your patience as I have cleaned up the property, tried to make it usable and comfortable for your visits. I am welcome to ideas, suggestions, requests. As we go in to the colder, wetter months, the seasonal creek will be flowing soon. I will add more towels in the closet, feel free to use them! The elk have made several appearances which made for an exciting visit for some guests! I have rotated the horses through as the grass has been coming up and will continue to do so as needed. ** Remember, if the calendar is closed, you are welcome to send me a message. I may only need to quickly move the horses back for your visit ** Some plans I have in the works for this coming year is a few more trees to put in the pastures, I will add another bench for an option in the front field directly behind the barn. I am trying to figure out how to fence and secure the far back pasture that goes down into the ravine, although so far it has not posed any issues that I am aware of. We are continuing to add gravel and cleaning up around the barn, including fencing around the backyard area that sits in front of the barn. Feel free to use the tables, the swing, whatever is out there. I have a few yard games (corn hole, croquette etc) I am happy to put out. My bigger projects are finishing my “little library” cabinet, and I am hoping by the end of Summer to have a SELF SERVE DOG WASH WITH A BLOW DRYER! I am always open to suggestions, ideas and whatever else. I appreciate all that have visited and look forward to making new friends in this coming year. More gravel will be added as we dry out to make parking a little easier. Kerri and all my farm family! * Just a reminder that it is always flea and tick season. We do not treat the pastures with any spray so be mindful about using whatever treatment your vet recommends. * This is first and foremost my horses supplemental feed supply now that the grass is coming on. That means the horses will be over there more often. And that means extra "sensory obstacles" aka piles of horse poo .. I do drag my fields as time allows. But that is in short supply these days and usually doesn't happen until closer to the fall.

This exit features a gas station, Grocery Outlet, Tesla charging stations, McDonald’s, Tractor Supply (dog toys!), A&W, a donut shop, Dollar Tree, and more. Summer update: The lush green grass has turned into brown for the summer, but with the recent rainstorm we were able to mow all of the weeds down and the park looks spiffy again. We have a small kiddy-pool for you to fill and use if you wish for your pups to splash around a bit. The large sprinkler in the park is there only for a fire emergency. We also recently added 3 new resin benches around the spot for your enjoyment. New play feature added: King of the Spot! A climbing play area with ramps for your pups. Dogs only on the play feature please - not for humans to climb on. This approximately one-acre park is fully fenced with brand new 5’ tall non-climb wire fencing. There are two gates for access: a walk-through gate if you choose to park on the wide gravel shoulder along the road, and a drive-through gate which allows you to bring your vehicle inside the park onto a large gravel parking area to unload your furry friends. Inside the park you will find a gently sloped grassy field with some nice flat areas also. There is a brand-new 12'x14' covered shelter to keep you out of the rain or hot sun. We have also installed a real, vintage fire hydrant for your dog’s “enjoyment”. Some rock wall terraces about 2’ to 3’ tall can be used for sitting, and for your larger breed dogs to jump up and down on. There are Adirondack chairs and a large wooden picnic table for the humans as well as the dogs (our Lab loves to jump up on top and take in the view). A water hydrant provides fresh water from our local municipal water source, Tri City Water, and you will find water pails for every size of dog. Nearby is a mailbox with doo doo bags, hand sanitizer, wet wipes, and paper towels. You will also find two wooden crates: one filled with an assortment of toys, and the other provides a nice stick library for your pooch to choose from. Please note: both gates open inwards into the park. Seven or eight months out of the year you will find green grass (and weeds), in the summer months it will be dry dormant grass. The park is always kept mowed (except for fire season) and there will be no tall grass or weedy areas. We do not spray any herbicides or pesticides of any kind inside the park or along the fence lines. This park does not share a fence line with any other properties and there is a wide perimeter around the park on three sides. The fourth side is along Crest Drive, a medium trafficked residential road. There are some neighboring small dogs along the back line that will say hello now and then, but there is a 80’ buffer between the fence lines on this side. We respect your privacy while using the park, and even though we would love to come over and play with every dog visitor and say hello to their humans, we will only meet you by specific request. Generally the park is available to book during daylight hours, but there is some flexibility for your special requests. There is a nice light right across the street that lights up much of the park nicely at night. If you choose to park your vehicle inside the park, please open the gate slowly so that it doesn’t swing against the post too quickly. Both gates have combination locks on them. The current code will be provided upon scheduling your visit. This is a non-smoking park. Alcoholic beverages and drug use are also not allowed in the park. Please do not play loud music in the park. If you are ever unsatisfied with your visit for any reason, we will gladly contact Sniffspot and request a refund. Come enjoy our fully fenced, dog-friendly backyard! Romp around on the lawn, play fetch or frisbee, roll around in the leaves! Take your doggo on a mini-vacation and spend quality time hanging out in our yard! We love and accept ALL dogs and ALL people here! No breed bias or discrimination of any kind! We are happy to give you complete privacy or, if your doggo loves to meet new people, we're happy to come out and give some pets and treats. We are huge dog lovers and want this yard to provide hours and hours of fun and relaxation for as many dogs as possible!

I have dogs myself and will be doing reactivity training inside with mine. There are also chickens, if you need and ask me ahead of time I can put them up if you have a dog that may go after them. Great opportunity for training. I have provided doggie doodoo bags as well as training treats. (Natural ingredients)

We own 40 beautiful acres that back up to BLM government forest land up the mountain. You can enjoy a smaller lower meadow that has meadow grass with a picnic table, and an in ground burn pit with seating or choose a slightly larger more rustic meadow that offers a nice open space that's another great spot for dogs to be free and enjoy being dogs! Either meadow is great for playing fetch, where you can throw frisbees, balls, or other toys. It's a great training ground, bring your training items or it's a nice place to just hang out together, like day camping. Make a day out of it and use an available propane BBQ to cook up some hot dogs or burgers (bring your own food) while you enjoy hanging with your fur babies. If you feel like hiking up rough mountain terrain, you can, if that's your thing. We have several camping spots, picnic tables, and nice BBQ's, as well as burn pits, a hot water outdoor shower, hoses for cold water, and a porta potty. We also have a large dog cage option if needed. We look forward to hosting you at your Dog fun space in the country!

Private backyard completed fenced in. Grass, mud and mulch. I do have a swimming pool for dogs, hose, wife, backyard fire pit and chair. My animals are fully vaccinated.
