All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. If you are interested in training please reach out to us on our website haveanicedog.org We have three spaces available for renting! The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. You may also request any amenities we offer to be in that space before you arrive. I don't have a beautiful lawn, sorry; she kind of destroyed my little bit of green, but I don't mind. She is a friendly black-mouth cur and has good manners. There is a pet door in the kitchen, so animals can always go in and out. I have an enclosed patio off the kitchen. I will monitor how long the animal stays during snow days (No frostbite on their paws!), so I close the patio door after they do their business (I do poop patrol several times a day to keep a cleaner yard). When it is cold or very hot, they can stay inside the house and still have access to outdoors when they want. I won't accept aggressive animals, sorry. Cheyenne Meadows Dog Park

Dogs must be accompanied by a person at least 16 years of age when inside the enclosure. Dogs must be on a leash until inside the enclosure. No more than three dogs per person. Dogs with a history of aggressive behavior must wear a muzzle. Owners are responsible and liable for the actions and behavior of their dogs at all times. Owners must pick up after their pets. Dogs must be properly inoculated, licensed, and not in breeding condition in order the use facilities. Pinch (prong) and spike collars must be removed prior to entering the enclosure. A basic flat buckle collar with license, rabies, and identification tags attached is recommended.

City Park Dog Park

Use the dog park at your own risk. Owners are legally responsible for the behavior of their dogs at all times. Dogs must be leashed while entering and exiting the park. Dog waste must be cleaned up by their owners IMMEDIATELY. Owners must be within the dog park and supervising their dog with leash readily available. Dog handlers must be at least 18 years of age. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older and supervised at all times. Aggressive dogs must be removed IMMEDIATELY. Dogs should be under voice control at all times. Dog bites to people that break the skin must be reported immediately to Pueblo Animal Control at (719) 544-3005 and the Park Ranger on duty at (719) 553-2700 by anyone involved or witnessing the bite. (City Ordinance Sec. 11-4-12) Violators are subject to removal from the facility by Park Rangers and are subject to fines. All users must abide by posted rules.
