Very clean yard since I pick up after my own dogs daily. You can sit and relax or enjoy your book or bring a date. Squirrels and birds will make your visit more exciting. We have a yard and would like to host some friendly puppies to play. Sometimes a bunny shows up, if you're luck your dog will get to chase them. One of the best things about our place is that dogs enjoy running around and playing to their are never out of sight. So you can have a stress free time. 3.3 acres, fully-fenced, mostly wooded property. There are walking trails throughout and a little stream that goes from about 3 inches deep to 3 feet deep. There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the early morning and or late evening. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!

Welcome to the Zen Dog Home SniffSpot! Come train & play at our location! We offer a wide open space for dogs to run and play. Your dog is welcome to run off leash, dig in the mulch, and romp without worry! We also have several add an extras so you can customize the experience based on your preferences. Our location is secure. We have a .11 acre yard surrounded by a 6ft fence. You'll never need to worry about your furry friend pulling a Houdini act. We have 4 wood chairs available for you to lounge in during the visit. *Please let me know if you'll have any additional guess and I'll make sure all the chairs have cushions. My spot is a large grassy area fully fenced with a 5 foot chain link fence and a 6 foot privacy fence. This yard is 100% separate from my personal back yard and truly gives you the private dog park feel! You don’t even have to go behind my house to gain access. If you have a dog(s) who would love a large open area to play fetch and have the zoomies this is the perfect play spot. •We have a picnic table for seating and umbrella for use. •A water hose and kiddie pool for dogs to cool off and play in. •Provided a large Stainless Steel water bowl •Black outdoor box stocked with dog toys, treats and other items for use. •This yard can be lit up with a spot light when daylight savings ends and it gets darker earlier. Plus a street light directly in front of my house. My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You may see people walking the neighborhood with other dogs or children from my yard.

We have a fully fenced in yard. There is one gap, but we have covered it with cinder blocks. It is a 6 ft privacy fence, so you shouldn’t see the neighbors. One set of next door neighbors has a dog that is occasionally out. Please keep dogs on leash when outside of the yard. Thank you! Out in the yard there will be balls for your pup to play with, a water bowl, and a hose. We can also set up a tent we use for vendor events when it’s sunny or raining for shade/coverage. Just let us know in advance. There is also shade from a large tree in the yard. If you need a dog first aid kit, we will have one in the house along with things like water for humans, snacks for pups and humans, and a restroom for humans to use. If you need a towel for your pup, let us know, and we’ll be glad to give you a dog towel to use. We will bring things out to you. These are only available if we are home. Street parking is available at all times. You may park in the driveway, but please ask first in case one of us is going to have to leave (or coming back) while you are there.

Its a fully fenced chin link fence. Have a deck with chairs is shaded some but can add an umbrella if needed. Has a hose to step up a sprinkler (if requested). Will have water out for dogs and poop bag provided.

Welcome to Koda and I's personal paradise, featuring several horses and a donkey! Stop by and visit us as a side quest so you can relax and enjoy the view in a peaceful, quiet countryside setting both you and your dog(s) will enjoy! Choose to either kick back and let your dog go full steam ahead in the .5 acre, four foot, fully fenced pup play yard, which has been vetted by dogs small and large, puppies and seniors, and both high energy and couch potatoes alike, or do some on leash training or long lead play in the accompanying open field next to the enclosed yard. Our yard has been tested (and approved) by Pomeranians, Yorkies, Beagles, Pitties, Whippets, and all of our Sniffspot visitors, and it's even horse proof! Natural grass fills the property, with only the occasional use of weed killer along fencelines to keep up with property maintenance and stay on top of bugs. There are several huge shade trees that my pup and his friends enjoy laying under. If you are looking to desensitize your pup to horses, reach out and I may be able to arrange turn out so they can get up close and personal, while maintaining the barrier of the fence. But otherwise, the Spot and the horse pastures are completely separate from each other, giving you and your pups a chance to admire from a distance! Our little slice of heaven is certified a National Wildlife Refuge. We have a large variety of birds and pollinators. We have a walking/bike riding trail, dog sensory gardens, an orchard to pick fruit from when in season, splash pools, agility equipment, horses next door to get to know, meadows to play in and sometimes there are foster puppies to meet. We have lots of spaces for humans to enjoy too; ie firepit ara with lots of seating, a couple picnic tables and various other seating for conversation and gathering.
