This isn’t a standard feature of the field, though - we just got lucky on our first visit, but I am sure it can be arranged with the host. There are dogs outside at the neighbouring kennel but there is a small fenced parcel of land between the sniff spot and the kennel property. My boxer is extremely reactive but the distance is enough that he didn’t feel a need to go there. As stated on the host’s site, the boundary of the sniff spot on that side is barbed wire but she said that this fence will be upgraded to a cattle wire fence.

55Wonderful experience! The space is perfect for sniffs and exploring and the treats and water were greatly appreciated.
