55If I could give 10 stars I would. Here’s the thing… I dream of having a dog that I can take on hikes with me. One who will come when he’s called. Working on long distance recall here is incredible. I was over half a field away and I called my dog and he came running, uphill as fast as he could. It was a watershed moment in our training, and it happened here. Even on a muddy day with pouring rain both of us had a blast and both of us got lots of exercise. I can’t wait to come back.Lisa W.

55The pups loved racing up and down the trails and I loved knowing they were fully fenced in and safe, even when they were out of sight. We spent our whole time in the trail area but as we were leaving they wanted to play with the buckets of toys, so we’ll have to split our time or book longer next time!Stephanie F.

55My dog and I had a blast! He is getting older and prefers to just sniff around now so this spot was great for that. We watched some of the neighbors and their dogs from a distance, which was great for my dog because he loves to people/dog watch. Overall, super peaceful and fun! Raichell K.

55This is a great spot. It is clean and has water, poop bags, toys, a couple picnic tables and wet wipes for your hands. It’s in a quiet rural spot with a little bit of peaceful noise from local livestock. There are several clean trails to follow on the property. My dog had a blast and we would love to go back. 55Clear instructions on what to do once we arrived, plenty of signage so it’s easy to know what to do, plenty of toys, poop bags, water, towels, etc. We spent the first half in the trails and then went into the open field to play with some of the obstacle course items. We have 3 dogs (2 large and 1 little 7lb) and no concern of them getting out. Dogs were very happy and enjoyed sniffing and running around. Will be coming back, thanks for a great visit!

55Beautiful spot lots of toys to play with and towels to dry the pups off with which was appreciated.
Lots of blackberry Theon bushes on the trails but my dogs stuck to the path so it didn’t matter much. They had a lot of fun up top by the agility equipment! And they splashed in the little creek which was nice to cool off in!Hannah S.

5510 out 10 would sniff again! We loved exploring and walking the trails. Bernie our lab mix loved the stream and the Bridge area. I really like that it was more then just an empty field. This sniff spot was an experience. Clean and well kept. Perfect for us! We will be back. Melanie S.

55Perfect for introducing my pup to off-leash trails with just enough incline for conditioning.
Very safe, secure and most importantly, she had so much fun.

55There are 3 distinctive and ample spaces, well enclosed, for various types of dog activities. Two areas with grass for fetch and some agility features, another more for just walking along trails amidst brambles. We’ve always enjoyed those options and Lyndsi is often available for assistance if needed. Sandy M.

FAQ about our Clackamas dog hiking trails
Are dog hiking trails safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than a city or county park. With a Sniffspot off-leash area all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. Our hiking trails tend to be outside the city, which lends to more privacy, but it is also important to follow typical hiking safety precautions, such as potentially having trail maps.
