We have 5 beautiful acres with a little bit of everything, grass, trees, sand, wood chips, whatever your dog fancies! We have a small creek at the back of our property. We have a trail for humans & dogs that wraps around the entire 5 acres. We have water access for dogs available. We have a downstairs bathroom inside that is available for the humans :) WiFi is available with a password, provided if asked. Plenty of parking space, even for large vehicles.

This 15+ acres of hay field is mostly fenced, with an opening at the top. If you choose, there is a path along the outside that leads to a creek(unfenced) to the right at the field. There are dogs at the front of the property, which are fenced in. There is possibility of hearing barking from them or neighbors. I teach dog training at the red barn, you may come to parking lot of cars. Dogs will always be leashed and under control and typically away from the parking lot. The students are instructed to leave you alone. Off road parking, I will give clear directions before arrival. Come roam around a huge open space! Bring a ball or just have a sniff party! *Electric Fence surrounds the horse pasture - which you must pass to get to the sniff spot* Please keep to the designated sniff spot area, the top field and barn area is NOT open to the public. Such a pretty spot on the river with views of both Mt Hood and Mt St Helens! The dogs loved exploring on the muddy banks and wading in the river. Then we took a break at the shaded picnic table before walking a big loop around the hay fields. We'll definitely visit again.

This is an excellent Sniff Spot if you want a lot of space for doggo to play! As a bonus, there is a great view of Mt. Hood, and just across the street is your private river with a spot where you can swing on a tree swing and have some fun and throw the ball or stick into the water for your water loving doggo! The host is so friendly and will give you the "lay of of the land," so you can enjoy it fully. I recommend highly!

Such a beautiful and unique property! Sooo much space for our pup to run and swim and explore. There are cows and horses visible but they are behind fences and there’s plenty of space to avoid them. I recommend wearing close-toed shoes as this is a working farm and there is hay, mud, and bugs.

We came out here for the water access and had a good time. There was a huge field for sniffing and throwing the ball. I was able to park under a tree so we had some shade. Across the road, there’s a long path with some spots down to the water. My dog had a fantastic time running off leash and dunking herself when she got too hot.
