It's the perfect place for dogs to run and explore safely. Your dog(s) will be the only one(s) so please be respectful of being on time in case the dog visiting before you has challenges with other dogs. We will make you aware if that's the case so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Park in the driveway close to the fence. Open the gate and enjoy! There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. We want you and your dog to be comfortable and peaceful. The black trash bin closest to the garage is the spot for dog bags. We try to keep a sniff spot sign on it but it often comes off. If there are special needs for you or your dog, please let us know.

1/4 acre of fenced in backyard. Now lit at night for the soon to be early nights. Includes a lovely seating area for humans and plenty of space for dogs to play. There are outdoor lights and a fan controlled by Alexa under the gazebo. Simply ask Alexa to “turn on patio lights” or “turn on patio fan” or “turn on backyard lights”. Please also ask her to turn them off when you leave. If Alexa is not working for any reason there is a manual white button on the upper left hand post (left of fireplace) that will turn both lights and fan on. You can also ask Alexa to play music or you can also request a local radio station. On really hot days, I will setup the sprinkler for your dog if they enjoy it. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies). Wild life all around, from fish, blue herons, a to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow & maintained trails; right out of a painting!
