Ray's Private Dog Park In Edwall

50 acres

The 50 acres is mostly timber, with a 7 acre pond that has water in it most of the year. It will dry up on really hot years. I do have chickens and pack goats by the house. But they are inside mesh fencing, so your dogs won’t be able to get to them. The 50 acres is completely fenced with a 3 to 5 strand Barbwire fence. It’s in good shape. It is also the property boundary. So as long as you stay inside of the fence, you will be on the property. There are not a lot of neighbors but the ones I have are nice. When you come up the driveway, you can pass the house and drive up on the hill and Park at the conex container. There is lots of wildlife on the property, and I highly recommend that your dog has some sort of tick repellent, we do have ticks in the spring time. The upper part of the driveway is not graveled, so if there’s melting snow, or a lot of ran, it can get muddy. So be prepared for that. Stellar spot as always! We actually booked it today as neutral ground to introduce my fear reactive dog to some friends dogs who came to town. It was a great spot to do neutral walks and help them build confidence around each other. Even though it was a warm day there was sufficient shade and the pond was a fun splash zone for our dogs.

Had so much fun with my 2 rotties here! This spot literally has everything; Grass to roll in, Trails to explore, Shade on a hot day, sun too, water, toys, plenty of sticks, a toy area with chairs and even bug spray! Will definitely come back.

This was a lovely short, shaded trail (it does get a bit steep, but not for long) to a nice grassy area with a view of the horses in pasture. There were chuck it balls and water bowl available which was wonderful because I forgot Hadlee’s frisbee in the car. She had a wonderful time. The hosts maintain a beautiful property and have good signage visible throughout.

Great spot! Our pups had a great time and are thoroughly worn out. Trails are well maintained, well marked zombie area was great for throwing sticks and balls. A very quiet spot with extra amenities like bug spray, towels, and places for the pup parents to sit and relax for a few. Hosts dog barked breifly when we got there but was not visable and the host quickly got him inside and sent a message apologizing, which was not definitely not necessary but appreciated. The pups loved watching the couple of horses they could see in the pastures and the fencing was definitely secure enough for our dogs. Thank you Tim for making this spot available.

Made the trek up from Seattle and was not disappointed! Everything was very clearly labeled - starting from the road to help you find it. I appreciated the extra touches like bug spray (thank you!!), towels, extra balls, poop bags, and a hose/water for the dogs. My dog had a great time exploring, playing fetch, and swimming. It was a great way to spend a hot day without going to a crowded dog park with water access - just letting my dog fully get to be a dog without worrying about anyone else for a bit!

The girls love this Spot. Lots of racing around and exploring. Lola was fascinated by the horses and pushed her way under the barrier fence to get closer. 😬 Luckily no harm done and the owner was very understanding. He checked the area she pushed through and reinforced it right away. We'll be back again.

Beautiful spot with so many nice little touches (bug spray!) along the trail. A good batch of toys in the zoomies area. It's really nice to get a woods walk of our own while the pups wander around exploring. Lovely spot!
