I know how difficult it was when I lived in my apartment to get my dogs out and running to exhaust some of their pent up energy. I loved when I saw this app and knew I could offer that space, away from other dogs like at the dog park for anyone to let their dogs run and have fun without the stress of being in a busy social environment. Welcome to our fenced yard where you can let your dogs run off leash and get some of their crazy energy out! *We do have a small chicken coop where you can see my flock. They are not able to get out and are secured during every visit.

Lawn is well maintained and poop is cleaned up regularly using provided poop bags for deposit. Separate gate and private back parking with alley access lends itself to a private yard that any pup would enjoy, along with private parking for the pup “paw-ents.” Water bowls are provided and can be filled using the back tap. Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. No poop bags provided or needed, just make sure it's not where people walk. Half hour visits are available. (Fall and winter slows the spring and shrinks the water hole) Me and my dog love it here and I hope you do too!

Want your pup to run freely in a safe place and full of love? Looking for a new space to let your dog explore and wander? Enjoy time in our yard. It's the perfect place for dogs to run and explore safely. Your dog(s) will be the only one(s) so please be respectful of being on time in case the dog visiting before you has challenges with other dogs. We will make you aware if that's the case so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Park in the driveway close to the fence. Open the gate and enjoy! There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. We want you and your dog to be comfortable and peaceful. The black trash bin closest to the garage is the spot for dog bags. We try to keep a sniff spot sign on it but it often comes off. If there are special needs for you or your dog, please let us know.

Our farm is a total of 12 acres with 5 acres available to you! The acres include fields, a creek and woods!

This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! I volunteer for a rescue and often bring dogs home for pup playdates to get them some sun and exercise and socialization, and all of the dogs have thoroughly enjoyed the yard; we hope you enjoy the space and find it peaceful and welcoming…visit for an ulti-mutt good time!❤️🐾☀️

I have a roughly 800 square ft yard with fencing all around. 😊 I also have a bench, chairs, and firepit available for use (must bring own wood). My porch is screened in as well with seating and a table, but I would appreciate extra notice if you plan to be up there using it. There is also parking for 1 car in front of the gate to the yard (which is the entry/exit), and a playground also directly across the street ! You are welcome to come in and use my restroom if I am home, otherwise there are porta potties by the playground. The trash can is by the road. (Yellow lid is recycling)

Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies). Wild life all around, from fish, blue herons, a to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow & maintained trails; right out of a painting! Our 11 acres of fields and woods provides a private oasis for your furry friends to roam, sniff, and play. We value our guests privacy if we are home we will be inside and out of your way. If home we will also make sure to provide fresh water for your pup ahead of time! We are hoping to get more doggy friendly fencing in the future, but for now any pups who love being off leash this spot is for you! We are not near any highways or congested roads we are nestled in trees surrounded by farms. The woods have a few trails throughout but it is fairly un groomed. There is a stream in the back of the woods for play!
