This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

We are a dog-friendly household and love our furr babies and welcome more! We enjoy seeing our yard be enjoyed by our dogs and those who visit alike. We welcome dogs to come and play. Need advance notice and conformation to make sure our furr babies are out of the way. They will, however, be barking enthusiastically from the inside of the house. The pool is starting to cool off for the fall, and due to the trees dropping leaves, is difficult to keep clean. The pool will close for humans on 10/15, and while it will continue to be safe for everyone, may not be as clean as during the normal Summer months.

I'm sure other guests would enjoy it as well. Open up the umbrella, and take a seat at the picnic table. There are chair cushions for extra comfort. I welcome some feedback or ideas on how to make the space better. I'm new to this sort of thing, so as I learn more I'm sure that the amenities/extras/etc will evolve over time.

There are trees lining the fence and a small wet weather pond. Mostly open yard area for running and sniffing! Ideal for bigger and non reactive dogs. Outside kitchen can be used to rinse off in sink or grab a cold water from mini fridge. Poop bags, towels, and dog treats provided for your convenience. There is also a water hose and towels provided to rinse off dogs if they get too dirty.
