55Absolutely great property and experience!! My 4 high energy dogs were able to really run till they were tired. Lots of shade so it’s easy to stay out of the hot sun. Will definitely be rebooking!!
55Very kind property owners who were really understanding when my young dog played keep away and wouldn't load up in the car. The property is beautiful and it's clear they love their home and I'm so thankful they've chosen to share their space.
55Beautiful property, my two labs were all tired out in the first 45 mins. Had some toys, water bowl, hose but best of all in this summer heat, lots of shade. My dogs who love to swim at home did head toward the screened in pool like it was time for a swim,..lol Def wii return
55We had a wonderful experience visiting today. We were incredibly impressed with the hospitality and the level of detailed instructions. It made our visit hassle-free and enjoyable. My dog had a fantastic time exploring and playing in the shaded areas, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
55Location was spacious and safe with shaded areas. Our dogs had an excellent time running around. Host”s directions were clear and easy to follow.
55Beautiful property with lots of shade. Well maintained. I brought my own poop bags but host provides bags, water hose, drinking bowl and toys. My dog is older and it’s been awhile since he’s been running so he didn’t have the endurance for an hour but he thoroughly enjoyed the 30 minutes he was able to play and explore.
55it was a beautiful property with plenty of shade and sun the owner was very kind and communicated quickly. there was a water bowl poop bags and even some toys! we will definitely visit again :)
55This was a wonderful spot! Fully fenced (the farm fencing had secure wire mesh on bottom portion) with lots of room for the dogs to run, sniff, and explore. Host was a great communicator and provided water bowl with a house, chairs, and poop bags/ trash can to dispose of waste. The property with the shared fence in the northeast back corner of the property had some barking dogs in their yard when we first arrived, but they did not have access to this property and it was not an issue. Thank you so much for making this property available. Our dogs had a wonderful time!

****Please make sure to view picture of what our entrance looks like. GPS does not take you to the correct location so please please read my welcome message before pulling into property**** ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

IMPORTANT POST-MILTON UPDATE: The main road Morris Bridge is closed in front of Easton Park Community which is about 2 miles south of my street Camerton Rd. In order to get to my Sniffspot, please use SR-56 and go south on Morris Bridge (turn right if you're coming from the west side going east on 56). If you encounter a road block and there is a person attending the blockade, please tell him that you're going to Camerton, so you cannot turn around. If no one is there, you can just go around it as the opposing lane is open. Just watch for oncoming traffic. From I-75, you can exit Bruce B Downs and go north until you get to SR-56 and turn right. Then right again on Morris Bridge. If you are on I-275, then you can exit SR-56 and go east on 56 until Morris Bridge and turn right. Camerton is not flooded. However, it is an unpaved road, and the County has not come to re-pack the road like they usually do after a big rain storm. If you have any questions, please call me. Note: If you need to get in touch with me, you can try me at 8*1*3 5-5-6-5-8-1-3. Thank you. /////////////////////// Welcome to my spot!! Quick housekeeping items: 1. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in front of the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area. I'll put it in the dog waste collection bag when I see it. If you let me know you leave the bags on the concrete pad, I will be sure to take care of them quickly. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Enjoy your time. Thank you for checking out my spot. Have a lovely day!
