Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water bowl/container- we do have a hose available for fill ups. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. Beautiful back yard with tall trees and gardens, and tomatoes while they last in summer. Room for your dog to run full speed and explore and sniff the yard's different areas and other past dogs. There is both sun and shade to relax in. Easy parking on the street. Ask about possible driveway parking. Walk down the Long Driveway with the Brown Garage, away from the street, surrounded by other quiet back yards. New 6-foot wood fence between the yard and street. Completely private and peaceful. Water and rubber balls provided to dogs.

(POOL ACCESS INCLUDED IN PRICE) unfortunately due to the high volume of guests this summer, keeping up with maintaining the pool has been very expensive so we did have to raise our hourly price and hope our sniffspot usuals understand. WELCOME to Dogworld! Here at dog world, we have 8 rescue dogs of our own, and we love nothing more than to share the fun of our yard with others! We had a human reactive/dog reactive german shepherd, malakai, who unfortunately passed away before we knew about sniffspot, so in honor of him and other dogs like him, offering our yard is something i’m passionate about. in our .32 acre fenced in yard, we want to be inclusive as possible for all dogs and all owners. with that so, what we have to offer in our yard consists of: 🚨**NEW!!**🚨 -Spring pole! Let your dog enjoy endless tug on our spring pole that is attached to a tree. -DIG SPOT! In our custom made Dig area, your pup can get their digging instincts out by digging as much as they want in their doggy sand pit. -SPRING POLE! Dog lives tug of war? then they will LOVE our spring pole, which consists of a pole that’s deep in the ground, with a tether attached to it. warning, your pup will absolutely want one to call his own after 😜 -pool is open in the summer, all we ask is that you do not let your dogs claw at the liner (stairs are available). if your dog isn’t a fan of a real pool, we have a dog size pool as well. pool latter will most likely be up due to safety precautions, just take it down. No kids in pool. -agility equipment! including 3 jumps, a tire jump, a tunnel, 2 sets of weave poles, and and A frame! (i recommend those who are familiar with agility and contact points to use the a-frame, it can be intimidating to dogs who are newer at it) -plenty of room to play fetch, tug of war, chase, etc -tall sturdy fencing (with the exception of a few *single* panels loose due to weathering. most of the fencing on the property is 6 ft, with the exception of maybe 9 feet being 5 ft on the side. -dog water from CLEAN bowls -plenty of access to both shade and sun -turf and path around deck -very quiet neighborhood -access to hose and pooper scooper -WE HAVE A K9 BLOWER!! no stress when your dog is soaking wet out of the pool. -lots of parking -wide variety of toys, such as balls, frisbees, flirt poles, rubber toys, chuck its and ropes. neighbors dogs are *occasionally* out. they are only visible if you go out of your way to look through the cracks in the fence , but you cans hear them rustling around when they walk. in the near future, more agility equipment, And enrichment activities will be added. Guests who book will receive treats and enrichment/activities ideas for their pups to be able to do in their yard. If you haven’t done research on how important enrichment is for your pup, let us teach you!

60 acres of forest and trails on a woodland preserve. Past our property is the Appalachian Trail. Canopy shade when there are leaves. There are little streams, logs, rocks and all sort of areas for digging, running, jumping and sniffing. There is an upper trail and a lower trail and they both loop together. Up the trail to the right is a deck with chair and table and supplies. You can watch your dog in all directions from this vantage point as they run free and smell all the smells of a forest.

Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Offering our yard for doggies to play in! We do not have any dogs. We have some dog toys, and will add over time if needed. We have some agility equipment (tunnel, and hoola hoops). We have kids and plenty of kids toys for them to play around and on also. There is an umbrella and chairs for the guests to sit on if they’d like. No other dogs or people/ kids will be around other than us stopping by to say hi and check in :).
