Hello! We have a fully-fenced yard on an incline hill with 3,000 sq ft. of beautiful fescue grass. We have a sitting area for owners and playground equipment for kids. Though we are new to the community, we are eager to begin adding fun amenities for pups and cannot wait to help them get those wiggles out at our spacious home yard!

Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. *Along the fenceline closest to the driveway, there is a fair amount of sweetgum balls - the sticky/prickly ones. Caution there w/ pups' paws! Rest of the yard is clean. There is a wooden Rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Pls put back! There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. Please park along the street in front of the house, but not in front of the mailbox. Thanks!

Come visit our large backyard smack dab in the center of Marietta, between Sprayberry and Lassiter High School! Available to you are dog toys, mosquito repellent, citronella candles, hose, trash can, sprinkler, pooper scooper, poop buckets, TWO kid pools, and comfortable seating for up to 8 people! Parking is available in the driveway to the left of the shed, and entrance to the yard will be to your right. We are working on perfecting the walkway. Let me know if you have any questions! Come relax in Panda’s Paradise! Enjoy the privacy and beautiful views while your best furry friend explores and exercises. Panda loves his yard and we know you will too! Please note I had a dead tree come down during the hurricane. It has been removed and a fire pit has been started in its place. I still have to finish the build of the fire pit so if you think your dog will try to get into the ashes then please hold off on booking until it is complete.

Beautiful backyard for furbabies to play in! The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. The backyard has direct sunlight until around 1 pm. There is plenty of shade later in the afternoon to keep your furbabies out of direct sunlight in hot summer days.

We know that not all dogs like the public dog parks. We also, do not think they are safe due to irresponsible owners. We have 3 acres fully fenced for your dogs to roam, sniff and get that much needed exercise! We have some nice shaded areas with a kiddie pool available during the summer. Covered area with chairs and a shaded area with a picnic table for pawrents. Toys and bags available for use as needed! Water is available so please keep your pet hydrated!
