55A great spot! The trails were well marked and clear. The host was very responsive and let us know the trail conditions in advance, so we made sure to wear proper footwear. There is a pond (not well suited for swimming, but it did not stop my retriever) and a small creek to cool off. We will be visiting again! Madison S.

There are chickens in the front yard (enclosed) but if your dog is likely to react to them I’d recommend keeping them on leash until you’re into the trail system. This spot was amazing!

We all had such a great time exploring Susan's place today! Prior to booking, Susan was very kind and prompt in answering all of my questions. We had a fantastic walk at Pinewood Trails! We have lived in Peterborough for the last year and we weren't able to find a trail that allowed off leash dogs. This is such a great option, as we knew we wouldn't run into anyone on the trail and it allowed our dog to run and explore. The trails were well maintained and we came across two deer! My dog Leerie had a blast and we will definitely be back soon.
