We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

They can sniff, do their business, and get out their zoomies, all while you can sit on the porch swing and watch or you can engage and play with them. We live in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Rocks are edging the fence, so there is little/no space between the fence and the ground, besides that near the drive gate. This makes our yard secure, even for the tiniest of pups with jello-like attributes. Please do not touch or allow children or other guests and dogs to mess with the planters over the cold months. They are old, and we will be trying to clear them out for you. **Please note that as of December 2024, we officially have new neighbors who also have dogs. Our fence we have is vinyl, and they will not see each other, but it has been brought to our attention that our neighbors have barky dogs, which can be disruptive. They are not out very often, so our hope is that your visit will still be very enjoyable. **we do our best to keep a clean yard, but sometimes we miss a poo 💩. Please message us if this happens.

We have an acre fenced that we want dogs to come and enjoy a good run or a fun place to play ball. There is a shelter to stand under if needed with two chairs that can be moved as needed. Most of the area is flat and there are some trees is the back of the property with longer grass. You do have to walk up a little hill to get to the flat part but it is not bad. There is a parking area right outside the man-gate where you enter with a parking sign. We have put a chuck it with balls and a frisbee under the bench lid for you to use as well as weave poles and an adjustable jump for the pups to try out. Everything you need as far as water, water bowl and toys are all under the bench lid by the big tree. *Updated hours: more availability at night but know the mosquitos are bad when the sun goes down so please wear bug spray or use the bug spray provided. *With spring and summer coming more people are out so there may be noise while at the spot, we do have neighbors with kids and dogs. Google Maps will get you lost so once booked I will send directions directly via chat.

This place is WONDERFUL. It was so quiet and peaceful. The fencing was very secure and the huge pastures really allowed the dogs to get in some great runs. No one came in or out of the area we were in so we felt the dogs were very safe. There was a little sort of a creek that the dogs loved playing in as well. They had a blast and we now have tired, happy dogs. Andrea was very nice and showed us where to go and which areas to use when we got there. We loved it!

Andrea was so nice and welcoming. She greeted me when I arrived and showed me the area. Everything was all fenced in. She has some nice large open fields which were wonderful to play fetch in. The large field has a nice incline that helped me tire my pup out. She had some water troughs filled with clean water available. Also, with the nasty season headed our way, she has a covered arena available for the dogs to romp around it. On top of it all, she has a poop bucket to dispose of the stinky poops so you don’t have to drive with poop in your car all the way home! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!

You know when you read a review and someone says they want to give it no stars so they secret doesn't get out? That's how I feel about Dayspring Farm! I liked it so much I went back again the very next day. (I could be biased though, I LOVE ponies and there are a lot of them there in their own enclosures.) When I arrived, Andrea greeted me and gave me all the info about the various fenced areas and barn. I booked 2 hours my first visit and wandered each area, including the barn. The largest field is nice if you are like me and prefer to move around with your dog. We walked the perimeter multiple times while playing fetch. This one has a slight incline so your pup can get a little extra workout in. The next largest is pretty similar and we walked around that one a few times too. The smaller one would be nice if you want to hang out in one spot and let your dog do all the fetching. We didn't walk the field around the barn as Andrea mentioned it was pretty wet, but we did end our first visit with fetch in the barn. I wouldn't recommend this if your dog is already wet as the barn does have a dirt floor, but if it's a dry day they'll just be dusty rather than muddy. :) This is a perfect spot to take cover if it is raining. We only booked an hour for our second visit which was a bummer for me, but my dog was still worn out from the day before. We will definitely be back!

We took our 5 year old Australian Shepherd and 2 Labs with us and they all had a blast. There were 2 pastures they ran around in and a covered arena. The pastures are large and fenced (though our dogs are not escape artists so can't speak to how easy they would be to get through). There was snow on the roads, driveway and 6-8 inches in the pastures. The dogs loved romping around in the snow. Typically there is a water trough but it was mostly frozen over, though the dogs did get a bit of water off of the top. The host was very kind and explained the fence lines on the property and how to get to each pasture. Definitely would come back!

My dogs loved this spot! Plenty of room to bring your dog and all his friends. If it's just you and your pups still plenty to do with open fields, pond, mud( can be avoided if you want), and a covered arena for rainy days. Can separate dogs in different pastures, plenty of places for hides for nose work and hunt training. We will be going again for sure!

Our pup had the best time at the farm! We found the property just fine using the directions provided. There were multiple fenced in areas for our pup to explore, and he especially LOVED the closed in barn where he could run in the sand. Andrea was super friendly and explained each area of her land so we could make the best decision on where to let our pup explore. Andrea provides a trash can for dog waste and even a tub if your dog needs to rinse off afterwards. Overall we had a great time and definitely plan to return!

Wow! What a beautiful spot! We were lucky to have a sunny day to wander about and just thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Andrea popped out of the house to wave hello briefly and then again when we left so that was really sweet. We felt very comfortable and welcome our entire visit and had a really great time. This is definitely one of our favorite spots. It allows my old guy to wander around at his pace and my younger one to run the crazy out and engage his mind in all sorts of new smells. It also allows me to work on long distance recall. Wonderful spot!

Great sniff spot! There are multiple fenced areas for the dogs to explore. Our two puppies loved going up to to each new gate. There are wild animal poop in the fields (such as deer) that our pups loved eating, just a FYI. There’s a covered arena which is good for when it starts to sprinkle. There’s a garbage can to throw your poop bags in. There was a family of deer that came out at one point. Our puppies enjoyed barking at the new creatures.

We picked a great sunny day to visit and had a blast. Our dog loved to explore all the different pastures which were all completely fenced in. He also found the mud hole, much to our amusement. Will definitely visit again.

This is just an amazing place, beautiful farm with many pastures that are all fenced. My dogs love to sniff but they love to run too and there was so much space to do this. I loved that my dogs were secure as their recall is pretty good but when squirrels or rabbits enter the picture all bets are off.

This is a wonderful property and we will definitely be visiting again. There is plenty of room to roam and play ball or whatever your pup likes to do. We only explore one area but you have access to multiple fields.

Gorgeous property so much open space to explore. Pastures are horse pastures so be careful as you walk for uneven ground. The covered arena was the big hit with my boys for fetch. Great if your dog is easily distracted for some training too.
