The arena can be fully enclosed for those rainy days or stay cool in summer with the A/C on and the slider open into the fully fenced 1/4 acre grass dog Zoomy Pen🐶 The fully enclosed grass “Zoomie Pen”is perfect for zoomie time, puppies and dogs in training, some toy fun, or for dogs without good recall. Just outside the Zoomy Pen is our large play field giving lots of room for Chuckit tossing☄️parkour on the logs, relaxing on the lounge chair under the trees or some nose work fun for mind stimulation. This spot is a 1/2 acre rough pasture with a bench, fruit trees, a tree swing and woods surrounded by greenbelt. It is fully fenced and gated although if your dog is small and escape-minded it may do so because it is wire field fence, not board fence. Please park in front of the garage and keep your dog leashed until you reach the pasture area at the back of the property. Enjoy!

Hose available for water bowl refills or a puppy soaking; you may even see the shark sprinkler! My dog, Major, is a professional assistance dog and fully trained. He loves being chased but otherwise is apathetic towards other dogs... But he loves people! Please let me know if you would like a puppy play date. Looking for an idyllic space to relax while your furry friend plays in the sun? Look no further! We have a covered and heated porch, with two chairs and a swing. The yard is in the process of being rehydrated from that heat wave but it does have a lovely, shade providing, apple tree that the dogs really enjoy! We have a buckets of toys to choose from! We can put the toys away, turn the sprinkler on or add extras at your request!

It's a corner lot with separately fenced front and back yard w separate entrances. Front yard has 4 to 5 ft fence and great for smaller dogs Back yard has 6ft fence and acommodates larger dogs. Back yard also has covered sitting area. Hours of availability are 11 AM to dusk but can be adjusted with prior warning.
