Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Remote switch for lights is located on the bulletin board in the barn. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.

Clean water bowls are also offered as well as a sink to easily refill and wash your hands or a toy as needed (seasonal). When done playing with the toys, simply leave them in the bucket provided for cleaning and sanitation for the next furry friend. We also offer a hose and sprayer as well as dry towels (seasonal). Feel free to dry your dog off after splashing in the pool and wipe their feet before they hop back in your car. Simply leave the used towel on the bench and we will pick up. Waste pick up is simple and easy. You will find poop bags in our mailbox located just inside the entry gate. Please pick up and dispose of waste in the garbage pail found near the mailbox. We can't wait to welcome you to our Golden Dog Playground - an oasis set among the woods with distance from the road and neighbors.

A large farm property. Featuring large fields with mowed paths for walking and long grass for exploring. There will be a seating area with a trash can provided for pet waste and drinking water for your fluffy friends. In case of sudden rain you are welcome to open the barn door and sit inside and wait out the storm or get out of the sun for a minute. Thier is a hose and kiddie pool if your dog wants to play in the water. Thier are goats and ducks on property in a fenced in area please control your dog around them and do not allow into the fences areas. Feel free to sniff through the fence. Your dogs can run off leash safely the property is located in a dirt road with little traffic lots of people walking the road with their pets. Thier is a public pond a little down the road you can walk to for even more exploring. *During the two blocked times is when we put the goats in and out and feed them. If you would like to book during these times please note we will be in and around the yard.

Our farm is open fields, lots of riverfront area for dogs to swim, and in the summer grab some vegetables at the farm stand. There are ungroomed walking trails that go around the entire property. Center of property tends to be wet. There are a couple other dogs on site but they’re far away at the front farm house, very old and won’t bother you. My personal dogs will remain inside the house while you are here. Bring your own poop bags please. Dogs with good recall are allowed off leash, at your own risk, please. We love all breeds of dogs with every quirk and ability. We respect that all dogs have different temperaments; all dogs are welcome, no matter how they feel towards strangers or other animals. We will do our 100% best to ensure no person or domestic animal will bother you on your adventure here. We work in animal rescue and commit that all proceeds will go towards continuing to help abandoned, abused, and neglected pets. Thank you for enjoying our peaceful space. I have a 10 acre field (with some pretty nice views) + 60 acres of woods that I'd love to share. Right now the woods are in a pretty natural state (the trails aren't groomed & are in the process of being maintained) so depends on your adventure-ability whether you want to venture that way. There is a brook about 0.7 miles from the parking spot though! My dogs love it. But the field is great for getting a full sprint going or ball toss, etc. My dogs are visible from some areas of the field. If you would prefer not to see other dogs, please plan on walking the back woods with your dog(s). The field is fine to drive on - you'd pull in and drive along the left edge to the back where there is a gap in the rock walk and pick up the trails from there. Please do not park in the driveway - instead, pull off on the side of the road (please make sure you are fully off the road) on the grass or turn into the field a bit and park along the white fence

Open power lines with a walking trail, creek for dog swimming, and open field area. Plenty of varied terrain to explore. Some brush clearing and mowing needs to be done in the spring, but it's a great area for cross country skiing, Frisbee throwing, scent work, and agility.

We have a large unfenced outdoor yard! The woods are also ours in the back yard if you’re up for a private hike with your pup! Our land is 3 acres in total with lots of unwooded yard space to run and play fetch. We are located at a dead end road so lots of privacy and quiet wildlife area. Come enjoy a relaxing play date with your best furfriend!
