Dogs that are aggressive towards people ARE NOT WELCOME. I was just attacked while gardening in my front yard by a sniffspot persons dog. & I’m simply grateful my kids where not home. We ARE NOT a theropy location for aggressive dogs. Come join our journey as we restore, our newly purchased 247 year old farm, in 84 PA. We are replanting the riparian buffer to keep our waterways clean & beautiful. Planting hundreds of trees to create habitat for wildlife. & have planted thousands of jaw-dropping cute flowers.

We have 10 acres of land on our farm that we want to essentially make usable to people with dogs to really be able to run around and play fetch with or whatever your dog is into. Part of the property lower section has a creek if your dog wanted to get a drink or play in it. Welcome to bring a friend and their dog to play with them and can split the hourly cost. The outside is fully fenced, but up at the top where one tree line is located no longer has fencing since we sold our cows and opened it up for tractors and equipment access. If your dog isn't trained to come when called and would potentially run away, wouldn't recommend. Deer, rabbits, and other wildlife may be present pending upon time of day.

Flat dry 1 1/2 to 2 acre field. Some of the grass is tall, some is cut short. In the early mornings and evenings deer can be spotted in the field. A steep dense wooded hill borders one side of the field and a grass and tree covered hill that borders the road is on the other side. THERE IS NO FENCE. This a great spot to come out and run or play fetch!

Take a peaceful walk on the trails and listen to the birds chirp in the trees. Maybe you have an older pup and hikes aren't really their thing anymore... that's okay too! We have a large field that they lounge in the sun with their favorite toy or play some fetch! We are a farm, and we do have animals. So, I ask that you PLEASE keep your dog(s) away from the horse's pasture and the chickens' coops! They will be in their respective areas, and wish to enjoy their time to enjoy the sunshine too! Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool. A lot of the time I am done early so you can always message me and we can see if it’s available. Any questions just ask :)

We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. I have an enormous fenced-in yard. I’ve been working hard on getting it ready for doggy visitors. The ground can be a bit uneven, so please watch your steps. The gophers seems to dig holes faster than I can fill them, so running (for humans) is not advised. The best parking is at the corner and SniffSpot guests have their own gated entry at the far end of the property. Please don’t not park in front of the houses directly across the street, those neighbors are territorial about their parking spots and are not polite about it. If the private entrance is too steep for you or if the path is slick, please feel free to use the gates at the front of the house and garden entrance. The secondary gate just pushes away. The pup fountain can be used by turning on the faucet at the house, and you’re welcome to hook up and use the pup splash pad which is folded and placed on the doghouse.

The backyard is 0.5 acres and securely fenced and the front yard is free roaming for acres! Please stay in the realm of the white land markers. The cut grass is the 4 acres.

Fully fenced in backyard with “puppy bars” so it will keep both big and small dogs in! Mix of shade and sun. Perfect place if you have reactive dogs that you would like to let run off leash and gets lots of sniffs of trees & plants and chase a couple birds. We do have 3 dogs that will be inside while your dogs are there. *PLEASE READ* We clean our yard as often as we can but we cannot guarantee that there will be no poop/ toys in the yard, especially on short notice, as we have 3 dogs of our own that are out often when guests are not here. We ask that you do not go on the deck but feel free to swing in the swing!

Please read each description of the obstacle and positively encourage play. We may not always be home so we have bottled water for your pups to enjoy and a bowl present for your use! If home, we will provide water in the bowl. Please park in the gravel portion of the drive and enter the yard at the gate where Snoopy is! Lock it behind you please! Extra poop bags are available and can be disposed of in the green garbage cans in the driveway. Thanks for being neat and tidy!

Hey everyone, My partner Wendy and I have a fully fenced (6 ft tall), private backyard (~1,700 sq ft) in East Liberty a few blocks from the Target and in the middle of the East End of Pittsburgh. We don’t use the backyard as much as we should, so we’re offering it to you and your pets! And our indoor cats, Binks and Tonks, will really enjoy seeing your dogs run around back there. Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs In Industry. This is a small yard, with some slopping to add a little interest. Would be great for small dogs or older dogs who don’t need a long distance to run.

Come visit our yard for a safe sniff spot on the go or any day! We do have a dog on premise that can be out of sight when you visit if you need. Our pup Titus loves to have zoomies and play fetch in the yard and we hope your pup does as well! There is usually parking right in-front of our home and then you will enter through the side gate in the back. Human bathrooms available if needed!
