Plenty of open acres for discovery; located in quiet Newlin Township just minutes outside of Unionville, West Bradford, & Coatesville. Nestled in the valley surrounded by rolling hills. Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek running along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with two nice resting areas with spring water and chairs. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies). Wild life all around, from fish, blue herons, a to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow & maintained trails; right out of a painting! Be prepared with all terrain boots/shoes and dogs that aren’t afraid to get dirty while having a ton of fun!

10.5 acre farm in Bensalem pa along the neshaminy creek. We have a barn with 7 goats and 1 cow All dogs are welcome to utilize the trail and creek. Our property is partially fenced in but lots of space to run. Creek is perfect for the dogs to take a dip and trail is walkable. Come relax by a tranquil pond and waterfall with over a 1/2 acre of scenic running grounds for your fur buddy. There is plenty of parking, fully fenced yard and lots of trees for territory marking opportunities. Yet, wide open spaces for ball throwing, chasing, or getting the zoomies. No dogs live on the property (she recently left this world), so there is plenty of privacy. Over the last 25 years, 6 dogs have lived here, more than 15 have fostered waiting for adoption, and over 10 have regularly boarded while their parents vacationed with peace of mind. Take Two Acres is a private, fenced two acre property that borders a working horse farm. It is a tranquil, open setting, surrounded by trees with lots of sun and shade for your fur baby's enjoyment. Many amenities are offered for you and your pups enjoyment of our space including toys, water hose and bowls, poo bags, and a large fire pit. We have two dogs of our own and do our best to pick up after them. Please understand it is a large property and they go out alone at night. We also have alot of deer traffic and other furry critters that we share our "piece of earth" with. Again, we do our best, but there are no guarantees you will not come across them (critters) or a land mine or two visiting out piece of earth.

An almost 1/2? acre fully fenced in area RIGHT NEXT TO 3000 acres of state park. You will feel like you are IN the forest. We are actually in EVANSBURG, which is on the Eagleville side of the Collegeville bridge. WE HAVE NOT USED ANY CHEMICALS on our yard for over 16 years. Please consider us as this helps us afford my 16-year-old daughter's Team USA Luge/Olympic Training Center/ORDA fees as she trains towards the Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games!
