Spot is exactly as described with clear, easy to walk trails. My pup enjoyed all the smells and was thoroughly, happily tired. Will be back!

Cleo and I went specifically to play in the creek, and it did not disappoint! She is also a huge fan of playing in the woods, and had a blast running around and investigating things. There is a steep hill to get to the creek, which one needs to be careful of. Good shoes are a must and perhaps a hiking stick for us “seniors” would be helpful. The trails closer to the creek aren’t as clear and easy to navigate. We didn’t mind, it’s part of the adventure, but some might. Although not fenced in, we felt nicely contained. The natural landscape provides good borders. The only open area is that between the cars and the woods, but Cleo seemed to know exactly where she was going and headed straight for the woods. And, on the way back she was so tired she headed straight to the car. It’s amazing to me how “cooperative” she has become the more we visit sniff spots. I never would have risked one that wasn’t fenced in when we first started, but now it is refreshing that she can be off leash and I don’t need to worry! We will definitely be back to visit.

This place is a gem. The dogs and I had a wonderful time. Easy to find, straightforward trail, and the water area was great. We will definitely be back!

Fun trails and plenty of exercise for my pup. As someone mentioned previously, the trails are a bit limited but my pup was able to keep busy and was pretty tired by the end of our trip. Some very steep hill if you choose to attempt. Wear good shoes. No water bowels or waste receptacles so you may want to bring your own bowl and place to store waste until you get back home.

We absolutely loved it here! Very easy to get to and was nice and open for exploring. The amount of trails are limited but we were still able to wander for a hour without my dog getting bored. In order to get to the creek, you do have to go down a very steep hill so plan accordingly. Would definitely come back.

Nice clean yard, our dogs had a good time. It was their first time, so they were so happy to run and sniff galore. Water bowls were filled for us, and we appreciated that. Please note: the gate doesnt lock without a little fenageling. If you have a high/big vehicle, the tree in the driveway is sticking out and may scratch, as it did our big E350 passenger van. We will be returning weekly!

This was such a beautiful spot! Allie and I had a great time taking in the snow dusted ground and partially iced over creek. We saw a fox, which excited Allie to no end. I had more trouble getting down the hill than up it. I'm not at all athletic and had no problem climbing! The host was super communicative and friendly. I definitely recommend this sniffspot.

We had a great time at Andrew’s yard. It was clean and the fence was secure. My Frenchie had a great time running off all his energy. Will definitely use this spot again.

Wow! What a wonderful property and host! We had a fantastic visit today and it was great to meet Erica. We definitely will be returning in the near future!

Andrew was so kind and accommodating to my last minute request. He took the time to fill the pool, which my pup thoroughly enjoyed, in addition to the awesome fenced area stocked with balls to fetch. Highly recommend!

Wow! We had everything we needed and more! Everything was well kept and the host provided water and toys. We had a great time and will be back!

Just a beautiful spot. My dog comes home exhausted, which is hard to do. Besides the meadows, river, and treed areas for your pup, Erica provides places for the humans to kick back and relax Just a great spot.

What a quiet peaceful place! Even though this was our first time, the pups knew the way to the creek! We had a lot of fun exploring the various trails on our way to the water. We spent the majority of our hour walking in the creek as the pups were loving it! We will definitely be back!

Great Sniffspot! Andrew checked in with us before we arrived and left out water. He even filled the doggie pool which my dog loved!

Charlie and I had a great time. Plenty of trails and a creek to splash in. I was in sneakers and made out fine. Next time I might wear light hiking boots and bring crocs to walk the stream. Love this spot!

Love this spot. Fields, trees, water. Wide pathways and fields freshly mowed. My dog loves it here. Erica is a great host and provides lots of amenities. We’ll be back!

Third time here, back for our girls 2nd Birthday 🥳 and it was better than ever. Zuri learned how to swim! Erica’s spot has everything we need - easily accessible calm river, beautiful well kept walking trail along the river, anything we could need like water, towels and drinks. It’s too perfect!! We just adore coming here, Zuri most especially!

The host was very welcoming. She had water, towels and more set up for us like the best B&B. Great way to spend a hot day! The fields, trails with shade, and the Brandywine River added up to the best Sniffspot we have been to. A word of caution (which the host said they are working on) is the barbed wire fencing on the very far end of the property (after you go through the creek). Because my dog follows my directions, it was not a problem. If your dog doesn’t listen so well, I wouldn’t go beyond the little creek at this time.

Great spot. Lots of wide open space for running, plus shady walking areas near the Brandywine. Definitely worth the drive. Access to water, great for the hot weather.

What an awesome spot! Xena is dog reactive, so this was the perfect place for her to run around in piece and not have to worry about running into another dog. Very well manicured lawn, plus lots of toys and a dog pool!
