Looking for adventure? Want a whole peaceful 7 acres all to yourself? Want unobstructed views of Pike’s Peak and the entire Sangre de Cristino range? It’s all here! 🏔️🏔️🏔️ This beautiful 7 acres is fully fenced in with 4ft fencing. There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. You're welcome to get your doggo a drink, or rinse your doggo off @ the well head spigot near the house. Pics attached to your review are GREATLY appreciated! Hello! My space is specifically built for the pups, I run a small doggie daycare tues-fri afternoons so these will be unavailable for rent, outside of that you are free to utilize the space! Turf is cleaned once a week, we also have a poop service to help with the cleanliness of the space, although we are pretty thorough daily to keep up with all messes. One side of the fence (leads into neighbors yard) is shorter than the rest about 4ft tall. If you have a jumper I would just keep a close eye. I have not had an issue Please use the gate to the left of the front door, and head on back! Everything is free to use, the misters are right by the hose - you just have connection the hose!

We would love to have your dog come run on our 4.5 acre pasture or indoor sand arena. Farm animals present on property and friendly with dogs. Please keep yourself and your pets on opposite side of the fence from the animals. Fully fenced, 48” pvc fence (see photos) with wire attached to prevent escape. A small pool for drinking/soaking (water will be changed between dogs). Room to run! The grass natural prairie type grass with some weeds. I do pull all thorny type weeds so there should be no sticker burs, goat heads or foxtails. I have two dogs that I will keep inside during your visit.

Open field on back half of property. Native flora, not irrigated at this time (future plans). Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication. Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

Nice quiet location close to downtown. Fully fenced Astro turf dog heaven with tons of chew toys and tennis balls. Also backs up to open field with more room to run around in the tall grass if you and your pup desire. Tables and chairs for humans. Plus toys for kiddos.

Great View of Pikes Peak and plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Very quiet area with no shared fenceline to neighbors. Composting 💩 station on site.
