Hello! My space is specifically built for the pups, I run a small doggie daycare tues-fri afternoons so these will be unavailable for rent, outside of that you are free to utilize the space! Turf is cleaned once a week, we also have a poop service to help with the cleanliness of the space, although we are pretty thorough daily to keep up with all messes. One side of the fence (leads into neighbors yard) is shorter than the rest about 4ft tall. If you have a jumper I would just keep a close eye. Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park The Spot: Over 1 acre of fully fenced (6' chain link) field area with a drive-through gate so your dogs can start running right out of the car. The surface is a packed sandy soil during the cold weather months and mowed natural vegetation during the warmer months. A walk around the interior fence line is about 1/4 mile so it's great for the active dog owner too. It's a close-in rural location right in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. While my field area is strictly for the dogs, there is a horse in a corral area next to the dog field. My neighbor has loose chickens on his property. Neither the horse nor the chickens are bothered by dogs. Dogs may bark out of curiosity and that's totally appropriate and ok, but they soon realize that with no reaction there is no need to bark. Sniffin' Hours are: 9:00 -5:30 every day except for Tuesday, which is field maintenance day, and my dogs do get kind of jealous if they can't use their own dog park.

Wow! What a beautiful property. My babies had so much fun running around and meeting their first horses ever! The horses were so sweet and in their stables so it was safe for the dogs to meet them. Everything was very clean and easy to get to. I was happy to see that the fences were made of regular wire instead of the barbed wire I’ve seen at some other SniffSpots. Very secure and much safer for my dogs. The host had tennis balls and towels ready for the dogs and was super communicative. Definitely adding this spot to the list of those I will visit again. This is a HUGE beautiful yard with exceptionally kind hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and they offered anything you could need during your visit (balls, trash can, water). This is 8 pasture acres of split rail fencing for your dogs to run wherever they want. Mine ran so much they didn’t even last the full hour 😂. They loved watching the nearby horses and all the new sights and smells. There was fresh clean water and a bucket for them to drink from. The property owners were super polite and helpful with acclimating me on my first visit. The visit served its purpose, as all three are completly exhausted and asleep.

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! 🏆 We really loved this spot! It has so much open space for fetch & running (our girls favorite), but also some space with trees, rocks, etc. to sniff and explore! It was even a special treat for us to see the horses and give them some cookies (that were so kindly provided) 🍪☺️. We had our dogs wait just outside the stable & watch us interact with them. Great exposure for the pups to see such well mannered horses. There was a bucket of balls available, sunscreen/bug spray, and a place to give the pups water.
