Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. No poop bags provided or needed, just make sure it's not where people walk. Half hour visits are available. (Fall and winter slows the spring and shrinks the water hole) Me and my dog love it here and I hope you do too!

An almost 1/2? acre fully fenced in area RIGHT NEXT TO 3000 acres of state park. You will feel like you are IN the forest. **Due to the winter season, all furniture, kiddie pool, hose, fountains/pond, sprinkler, dog hangout area, and decorative lighting have been put away. The gazebo is used to store many of these items, so it is off limits till spring. Fresh water will only be provided in the bowls on the deck. Camp Fire, S’mores, Tread Scavenger Hunt, Bubbles & Biscuits, and Rip & Tear Extras will not be available until spring. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation while our Sniffspot is winterized. We’ve lowered our price for the season. We look forward to providing all of our typical amenities come warmer weather again! Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones.

This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! I volunteer for a rescue and often bring dogs home for pup playdates to get them some sun and exercise and socialization, and all of the dogs have thoroughly enjoyed the yard; we hope you enjoy the space and find it peaceful and welcoming…visit for an ulti-mutt good time!❤️🐾☀️

Please...be sure pups know how to swim to the steps and do not try to climb out the side, scratching/damaging the lining. Please, no dirty paws on the furniture and no smoking. Welcome to our peaceful, fully fenced haven for dogs. We offer a grassy retreat where you and your dogs can play fetch, sun bathe and relax in the hammock and swing. When the weather is warm, we put out a kiddie pool for water play, and you may also use the garden hose, if needed. You can also have breed meetups, pup birthday parties, dog training, litter mate reunions, photo shoots, and foster or adoption meet & greets in the privacy of your own Sniffspot. Come play!

Fully fenced in yard, plenty of grass to run around and play. Plenty of shaded areas too with seats for the owners.

I have a fully enclosed fenced in backyard with 5/6 ft paneled fence. There are a few small holes that have been blocked but if your dog is a digger or very small use caution. Water play is available by request. I love animals and very excited to help pups get exercise and play time they need! Any requests can likely be accommodated :)

The field has a solid post and rail fence with welded wire on the southern section and the northern and western sections have a solid stone wall (not technically a fence) with brush and bushes about 10-15 feet thick on western part and 2-3 feet on northern section. The eastern boundary is a boulder field of large boulders and trees/brush to secure the perimeter.

A peaceful location close to downtown West Chester. Lots of shrubs, trees, and open space! The chickens are a fun addition. The area is private and the gazebo is a wonderful space to relax while the pups burn off some steam.
