This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. 1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a small round jump, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.

This is a beautiful wooded area for your dogs to run very private. It’s about 3-4 acres area it’s for horses but there is none here as we work on the stables. So we would love to offer this beautiful area for your dogs to run or play.

4 acre mini farm. Currently no horses in residence. 3 large fully fenced pastures with large oak trees for your dogs to run and enjoy. Plenty of room to park. Entrance gate requires code to open. Once you make your reservation you will receive the code. Notes on the gate - If it doesn't open fully when you enter the code - typically that means you didn't press the keys firmly or you hesitated too long between pressing the 4 digits. If it doesn't open fully - please count to five before entering the code a second time. Whatever you do, don't start punching the code quickly over and over - that is a sure way to guarantee it will not open correctly. Exiting through the gate: There is a sensor for when you exit - just keep driving at 5 - 7 mph towards the gate and don't pause until you see it start to open. People make the mistake of stopping when they have only partially passed the sensor. If you made it all the way to the gate and it didn't open you were likely hesitating or didn't drive fast enough. In any case back up at least 20 feet (think 5 car lengths) wait 10 seconds for the gate to reset itself before driving towards it again to exit.

10 acre professional animal training ranch. Dog area is fully fenced for all size dogs. Large oak tree for shade with a bench for sitting. Kiddie pool with mister system overhead, hose access, and sand box. Playground equipment for dogs to play on, and lots of room to run and play. Horses and cows are visible in pastures next to the dog yards, and safely secure with two fences including a 6ft fence.

Big Open back yard, plenty of space to run and run. Some toys will be on hand if you'd like to play some fetch. Chairs for the humans, which you can move to the grass area or keep under the storage house porch covering for shade. Tree by that area provides additional shaded rest area for poochies. (In winter can have fun leaves to frolic through) This is a rustic spot if you are looking for a space for your dog to run and play. This is not a fancy place laden with amenities like a luxury day spa for pets lol. I adore animals of all kinds and wish to embrace a place for them to be free and untethered and their humans too ;) This spot is named after Teddy, our cockapoo that passed at 16 years old, after many years enjoying this grassy yard.

Beautiful private resort with large amounts of land, trails through the dripping Moss trees, Vita Course like trails throughout the forest, water faucets throughout the park, canals to walk beside, double fenced in dog park. Doggy bag and disposable stations throughout.

1.5 acres in a quiet community off of Old St Augustine Rd in Mandarin. Partially wooded perimeter, lots of space for your fur baby to stretch his or her legs. If our garage door is open, feel free to sit inside the shade. We already have a fan in the garage if you'd like to use it. You are welcome to knock it you need anything during your visit. I would be happy to discuss a weekly or monthly rate if you find you enjoy the peace and quiet.

Creek boat ramp directly behind property requires separate entrance to access but open to the public. Maintained cut areas mixed with native wild flowers, private fruit trees and garden. Never any pesticides or fertilizers used so being to woods bugs are possible to be found depending on the season, preventives highly suggested.
