This space was created for one simple reason. Dogs deserve a place where they can truly be dogs. Run freely, sniff everything, roll in the grass, and enjoy off-leash time without stress or crowds. I am fortunate to have the space, and I wanted to share it with other dog lovers who may not have access to a large, safe area for their dogs to run. Hearing that dogs leave here happy and tired genuinely makes my day. Guests are welcome to use the driveway and drive all the way back to the designated parking area near the back structure for convenient access to the field. A water faucet is available on the east side of the back building for guest use. Guests are welcome to bring their own water bowls or kiddie pools. The property is enclosed with field fencing. While it has safely contained the dogs we’ve had here, very small dogs or young puppies should be supervised, as with any outdoor fenced area. Some areas include visual barriers and natural vegetation to help reduce outside distractions, so dogs can relax and enjoy safe off-leash freedom. Please note that the area immediately surrounding our home, enclosed by a white vinyl fence, is not part of the Sniffspot. This space houses our chickens and ducks, so you may occasionally hear quacking or squawking, along with normal household activity as we care for our animals. The designated Sniffspot area remains private and separate for guest use. This spot is best suited for dogs who enjoy open space, exploring, and having room to move at their own pace. It works well for playtime, decompression, training, or simply letting your dog enjoy quiet freedom. Please note that this is a natural outdoor space. You may encounter uneven ground, insects, wildlife typical of Florida, and occasional ant mounds despite ongoing management. Early morning visits can be dewy, so rain boots or waterproof footwear are recommended. For visits after dusk, insect spray or long sleeves are advised due to mosquitoes. Florida weather can be unpredictable. If rain or an unexpected situation affects your visit, please message me as soon as possible and I’m happy to work with you when feasible. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more. The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. There are several spots here for your dog to run and play. If your dog wants to dig that’s perfectly fine please do your best to kick the dirt back into the area that they dig so it’s easier for us to mow. Some areas may be a little wild. The grass grows rather quickly. Please bring your own bug spray. There is running water on the fences on the property. Just find a Spicket and bring your own water bowl. There is an old shooting range for your dogs to run up and down. The entire area is fenced. I am happy to provide chairs on request, and a bottle of water. There is a bathroom that will be accessible inside the house during your visit. This is over an acre of land that I would love to use for the happiness of your pets. There is a horse next-door she is on the other side of the fence. You and your pet may see her as you enter, but you will not be anywhere near her when you go into the dog area. You will not encounter other dogs on my property.

Bring your doggos to rip and run! Explore the scents, try out some new toys, and get the best exercise. There’s a big open field to play and train. There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property.
