We are located on the Reservoir Ridge trail head, where dogs have to be leashed. We find after a walk on the trail your furry friends like a little run in our enclosed area off leash. We welcome trainers and and dog sitters.

Convenient location on the frontage road of E Mulberry St near I-25. Let your pups stretch their legs with the large fenced yard. Relax on the chairs provided. Waste bags are provided. Bring your own water bowl and water, toys, and anything else your dog or dogs might enjoy! A few notes. If your dog or dogs are super reactive to loud noise, other people, or other animals, this may not be the best location for them, the area is business/industrial and near a major road. It is possible that the smallest of dogs, diggers, and jumpers may find ways through the fence, please inspect the fence before letting your pups loose. For mornings and evenings during the summer months, you may want to consider wearing longer clothes and bringing bug spray for mosquitos.

This beautiful half acre has a fantastic, unobstructed view of the foothills and Long's Peak. Sunsets are stunning from the Dog Park. There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade. This is an unobstructed, fully fenced pasture where dogs can roam freely. Water is provided at the water pump.

Please note: this spot will be blocked on the calendar for most of December, as I have family visiting with their dogs. Apologies for the inconvenience and have a great holiday! Perfect for dogs that need space to run, play, and explore. Variety of footing - mowed grass, rock, flagstone. Also has a large number of shrubs and trees for sniffing and exploring around. There are resident squirrels that frequently run the back fence for entertainment as well! I do not use chemicals in my yard for pests or weeds. There is a table and chairs with an umbrella for use, as well as a large hammock that is shaded in the afternoons. The umbrella and hammock are unavailable during the winter months.

Our small dog, Oliver, loves to play fetch and run around with other dogs in the yard, so let us know if your dog would like a playdate. No worries if not! Most dogs also love seeing the cows across the street, and going in between the shady and sunny spots. Nice for humans too – it feels rural, but it’s just outside of town. Hello! My space is specifically built for the pups, I run a small doggie daycare tues-fri afternoons so these will be unavailable for rent, outside of that you are free to utilize the space! Turf is cleaned once a week, we also have a poop service to help with the cleanliness of the space, although we are pretty thorough daily to keep up with all messes. One side of the fence (leads into neighbors yard) is shorter than the rest about 4ft tall. If you have a jumper I would just keep a close eye. I have not had an issue Please use the gate to the left of the front door, and head on back! Everything is free to use, the misters are right by the hose - you just have connection the hose!

Our yard has a grassy area for dogs to run and play. The deck has a table with six chairs and sits under a pergola for added shade. All gates close securely so you can rest and relax while your dog plays. Parking is free on the side of the home and just steps away from the backyard entrance.

We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc.

11/12/24 - Yard is half mud and half snow. Price has dropped to reflect that. Towels available for clean up. Neighbors house next door has been under construction and workers are usually there off and on working inside of the house between 8am to 4pm, Monday thru Saturday. Neighbor 2 houses down has a dog (male boxer) that sometimes barks. Quiet neighborhood, but still in the city.
