(NOT EASILY ACCESSIBLE).This is a great opportunity for training or basic stimulation. LEASH your dogs if they do not have a STRONG RECALL. Contact directly for the extra amenities. Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed, even if dogs are present.

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

our farm is 50 acres , and there is 10 acres fence area could use for dogs . 1 acre pond is good for them swimming . we also have 1500sqft kennel for dogs .

Plenty of room for off leash training and roaming. I live on an 8 acre farm that is surrounded by 100s of acres of pasture land that has ponds, trees and plenty of wildlife to peak your pups interest. I tend to always have a rescue or two. So this is a very dog friendly place. This would help tremendously with the expenses and a way to meet others with the same love for animals.

Our property has 5 acres, an open field, a shady porch, a small forest, and a pond. Our dogs love to run around our field in the back and take a swim in our pond on those hot days. There is a porch with a bench and hammock by the pond to relax. As well as a chairs on the back porch. Water bowels are located on the front porch and back porch.

Unlike regular chlorine pools, our saltwater oasis is gentle on your dog's coat and sensitive eyes, ensuring they can splash and play without any discomfort. What makes our pool truly special for canines is the pool ramp – a perfect feature for dogs who are a bit hesitant about water. This ramp allows your dog to gradually get used to the water at their own pace. For conservation purposes, we maintain the water level at ramp height, meaning the pool reaches a depth of at least 5 feet at its deepest point. Beyond the pool, there's a world of exploration waiting for your dog. The yard offers a plethora of sniffing spots and leads to the enchanting Cottonwood Creek. It's important to note that this area is not fenced, so do keep a watchful eye on your adventurous companions. Before diving into the pool, we kindly ask that you shower your dogs. This small step helps us keep the pool clean and safe for all our four-legged guests. Get ready for a tail-wagging good time in a space that’s perfectly suited for dogs!
