There are 10 acres of land that can be explored including woods and most popular a pond to cool off or splash around in during the hot summer months. An abundance of wildlife live in the woods so don’t be surprised by a random deer, rabbits, raccoons and such. With rural areas also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes the further you venture. So come prepared! There are ammenties available to reserve as well if you'd also like to enjoy the water along with your Pup as they will love exploring as should you! If they have a special affinity for water play, you would like to slowly introduce them to water or to just enjoy a splash on the banks privately they will absolutely have a blast! ** This is the country so while the land is wonderful to explore it does have vacant and undeveloped areas. You will encounter nature especially in the spring and summer. Depending on how far from the house and immediate pond area you venture, there are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please keep in mind when booking your comfort level being used to the outdoors and being adventurous!

For Dogs: We offer dog water, doggie pools, a Jolly herding ball, a tree tugging rope, and chuck-it balls/toys for endless fun. Tons of sticks to chew and squirrels to chase! For Humans: Outdoor chairs, deck, shade, bug spray, and sunscreen provided! Our neighborhood is very quite and relaxing and we respect your privacy. Other Details: Private gate entrance and space to spread out. Our dog stays indoors and won't be a bother during your visit. Friendly neighbor dogs next door, sometimes heard but not seen. Our dog loves running the fence line with them.

Hose to refill water dish to the right of screened porch. Fully 4’ fenced—combo of chicken wire (buried to protect paws) and concrete blocks stopped our little escapee (RIP 😇).

This is in Kingsmill a gated community but just give the guard your name and Malone at 17 Whittakers and I will have you on my guest list. If you want directions from either gate to my house in addition to your gps the guard will do that too.

There is a box on the side of our shed with poop bags, please pick up after your pups! We also have a backyard camera for our safety as well as yours!
