Our U-shaped yard has plenty of room to run and play, with lots of areas to sniff and explore. First time guests: use discount code AMBER473 for $5 off your first visit. Treats, toys, water bowls, pooper scooper, and poop bags are provided. In case of mud, everything you need to clean your pup's paws is provided. We'll try to accommodate every request. We are new to this and adding amenities as we're learning what our guests want and need. A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $11 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. Drinking water for animals is provided in various containers throughout the property. Please do not turn on or use any water equipment on our property - we had some serious problems in the past because of this. Please clean up after your dog’s “business”, smile. That’s a mandatory request. Waste bags are provided in a plastic box with other dog’s supplies) and a BROWN garbage can is in the front of the house by the street for your convenience. Thank you! I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the winter, post rain, it can get VERY muddy back there. Years of dogs running around has torn up a lot of the ground cover and it's now just dirt, which becomes mud in the winter. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. There are some burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. I do my best to weed the weeds that produce them, but there still might be some. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue. Welcome to our private ranch-style dog park, a spacious haven designed for your furry friend to roam and explore. The park features a fully gated area, ensuring a safe environment, though there’s a small section of the gate with minor damage. The expansive open space offers plenty of room for your dog to run and sniff to their heart’s content, with gophers, rabbits, and squirrels providing plenty of natural entertainment. While there are no other animals on the property, our peaceful neighbors include a herd of sheep, and the adjacent lot boasts a large, empty barn. Huge fenced in yard, water, a few chairs, and a deck if you would like to get out of the sun. When you book, we need to secure our animals and get everything set up, due to that please give at least 2 hours notice. Any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask. Also please only 2 human guests max with the dogs. Thank you!*** Great yard with 6ft fence all around it in West Oakland. Perfect for hanging out or training with your dog or letting him or her roam free for an hour (or more!) while you get things done. Completely secured with extra gate between font and backyard. All breeds and dogs of any size are welcome but please leave yard as you found it (broom and trash can provided!) The spot is walking distance to West Oakland Bart station (About 10-12 minute walk). We have neighbors on either side of our home but it’s a very quiet neighborhood overall. Please do note that occasionally you can hear a dog barking from houses in the neighborhood or voices of neighbors enjoying their yard. There are chairs and a coffee table on the patio for your use, if desired, while your dogs explores. A bowl with water and a hose is provided. Also on the corner of my street is a cafe where you can buy breakfast, lunch or a quick snack for while you hang out or after you finish - I highly recommend it!

Please be aware of this before booking (it is not lush, soft green grass anymore). **RENOVATIONS AT NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE: Our neighbor is undergoing house & yard renovations so it can be noisier than usual out here. Feel free to message me first if you want to try to work around their schedule for your visit and I will do my best to accommodate. Additionally, guests can enjoy the adjacent hillside which is partially-fenced. You are welcome to enjoy this off-leash or, if you're more comfortable, take a little stroll through the grass. Our property is pretty much full sun. If you visit midday/afternoon, be prepared for heat as the weather warms up. We have planted some trees but they are still quite small.
