Calling all Furr babies! 🐶❤️. Time to run & roam freely on 2.9 fully fenced acres in Wadsworth Township. We have a fully fenced front yard & back yard with gates to separate both! There is also a non fenced portion of our land with a bit taller brush & trees far beyond our fence line that is a beautiful back drop as well. We sometimes mow paths thru this section for “trail walks” or “wagon rides”. Please note altho our yard is securely fenced - there is an open view of the neighbors home to our right in the back yard. Our neighbor is often outside doing yard work, bike riding, flying his custom made small airplanes (no engine) or target shooting his BB gun. If you have a pup that is sensitive to movement far away please keep this mind. We’ve not had any issues with our 3 dogs -- but as we live here many of the country noises & sights are familiar to them! 🍁 FYI- We are having an 8 foot privacy fence installed along part of that side within the next few weeks. 😌 There is plenty of room to run and roam so we hope you enjoy!! The view is beautiful & backs up to acres & acres of scenic land. 🌳🏡 The sunsets 🌅 from our back yard are second to none!! 🫶We have tennis balls and water bowls for your private adventure! :)🐶🎾🏡❤️☀️

We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies. There is an open lean-to where there are dog toys like frisbees and balls availble. There is also be a cute backdrop as a photo op for the dogs.

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

Nice big expansive 6 acre property. Kept well mowed. Currently pesticide-free. Fruit trees: apple and pear, chestnut trees and varietal trees. Tall grass area. Great big hill to run up and down on and long flat areas make the perfect place to exercise your dog. More amenities to be added soon!

Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

Private property - 1 acre unfenced access to Blockers Run; maintained creek bank and bed with step access, fire pit/tiki torches (wood and matches may or may not be provided - please bring your own just in case), seating, mowed open field. Parking off-road through grasses in field just before the bridge. Please do not allow yourself or dogs to go up past the pallet garden. Pine trees and tall grass alongside are property boundaries. We own part of the property across the creek up to the birch tree cluster. Please pick up after your dogs. Trash can is not provided due to wildlife. Property monitored with security and wildlife cameras. Not accessible during or immediately after heavy rainfall due to water safety.

This is located in the middle of an industrial area of Youngstown. As you go up the drive you'll find that the city slips away as you suddenly find yourself in a different peaceful world. Overgrown brush and woods completely surround the property. You'll find a hilly field scattered with a few trees. There is a small shallow creek running along one side of the perimeter.

So, I ask that you PLEASE keep your dog(s) away from the horse's pasture and the chickens' coops! They will be in their respective areas, and wish to enjoy their time to enjoy the sunshine too! Welcome to Woofing Woods! Located on a quiet road in Harmony Twp/Ambridge (Beaver County, PA), Woofing Woods is about 5.25 acres of my woodland, non-level, unfenced, private property for your pup's enrichment, exercise, and fun! My backyard slopes downhill and becomes wooded. This is where the trail begins! At the bottom you'll find a supply station, and you'll see three main trails to explore. If you explore past the field and cross the stream, the very back of the property levels out and feels very much like a secluded nature park. Please consider whether my spot is a good fit for you and your pup due to the terrain and unfenced aspects of the property. My Sniffspot is also not great for small kids or possibly older joints and bones on pups. If you need or prefer level ground or cement with fencing then we're probably not a great fit! Hello, new here and figured our dogs love our giant yard so yours can too! It has a nice flat spot on the bottom, you can bring toys or we have a chuck it and some tug toys. I cut the grass down on the flat and most of the hill, my dogs enjoy hiding in some taller areas and playing with each other. We have a nice patio where you can park and sit and throw a ball down the hill or up the hill, nearby the patio we have a water hose you can use to spray your dog or play with them. We will offer purified water for dogs and cold bottles for our guests. 1 bottle per hour per guest.
