Great sniffspot! This was our first time using Sniffspot and we were very happy! Our dogs were in heaven running around this property. We did a same day visit (scheduled less than 2 hours out) and had no issues. There wasn’t any water readily available for the dogs but I texted Tim who promptly replied and was happy to share how to turn on the hose (they were not home so completely understandable!). Only advice would be if going late in the evening to bring bug spray! Typical Florida! Will return again! LOVED IT!

Wish I had gotten pictures but it was drizzling on and off. Our dogs had a blast exploring and running around. My dog enjoyed the doggy pool that was made available to us as well. I loved all the little natural "obstacles" made from cut trees and other things. It is wooded so mosquitoes are a thing. They weren't bad at all but will probably bring some OFF spray next time.

Very peaceful and quiet. Nice wooded area. I was concerned it would get too hot since I booked it for mid day. The trees kept it cool and comfortable. Water and water bowl were provided.

Our first sniffspot, and we're definitely spoiled now. I don't know if it'll be possible to find another one this perfect in the area. The place was incredible!!! Very easy to get to, such a huge space, clean and safe, beautiful yard, with tons of shade and cool little areas to explore. T'choupi had the best birthday ever, and we hope to come back often. I feel so grateful that this is available to us!!! Seriously, I've always wanted to be able to let T'choupi run around off leash in a place like this, it's a dream come true. The reservation time went by so quickly, we didn't even get to see everything. Thank you for hosting us, we loved every second!

This is a very nice, clean, well-kept property with a perfect size pool and adequate shade. It’s very private and we were able to communicate with the owner via text with quick turnaround. I highly recommend this location! We will definitely be back!

Found this place when our Dock Diving training plans fell through. Owner was nice and considerate when we arrived letting us know that one of the neighbors was cutting trees and she wanted to make sure our dogs would be ok with the sounds. Facilities were exactly what we needed for the day.
