Welcome to the farm land! We are mainly a goat and chicken farm and want to welcome others to have fun on our land! There is a seperate pasture where we have horses and cows but it is fenced off. We are about 3/4 of a mile off the main road and it is mostly quiet. We do have a pen on 12 goats but it is secure with mesh fencing. They can be a bit loud during feeding times. The grass is mowed aswell.

A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $11 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a fully functioning restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. Once Upon A Happy Farm is a fully fenced Farm. We provide pet stays without the trauma of a commercial boarding facility. We have a 3 acre fenced pasture with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. No need to worry about water for thirsty doggies there is an on demand trough for them. It's a great place for a doggy play date with friends on the farm. All income generated off our spot will go towards charities. Currently, we are donating to a children's school in Soweto, Africa. So I honestly know how hard it is to find a place that is comfy for you and your pups. I have a GIANT backyard where you and your pup can stretch your legs! 🩷🩵 Relax in a shaded area and enjoy your time with one another. I do have a table in case you want to set your things down. I promise I'll eventually move it into the shaded area. I know my spot isn't as extravagant as other lovely spots I've seen but I actually feel safe and calm here. So! Hello! If your pup needs a private, fenced area to run off-leash, we've got just the spot! U-shaped yard has plenty of room to run and play. Hose is available for drinking water, water play, and bathing. Please remember to shut off the faucet when you're finished. Shaded patio seating area. We put treats, toys and fresh water out before each visit when we can. Short notice bookings are welcome, but please note we may not be available to put goodies out. Empty bowls are provided and can be filled with the hose. Need something else? Just ask! We'll try to accommodate every request. We are new to this and adding amenities as we're learning what our guests want and need. We frequently dog sit for multiple people and we block off reservations during those times. If you have special circumstances and need a spot during a block, just message me and I'll see if I can arrange it. We're not quite ready to get a dog of our own yet, but in the meantime, this amazing yard shouldn't go to waste. We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.

We have two fully fenced play yards that are used durning the the week for our doggy daycare. We offer two fenced in yards one for small dogs and one for big dog. The small yard is over 2000sqft and the big yard is over 4000sqft. Because this is a place of business, there will be either a staff member or volunteer manning the office and to help facilitate your SniffSpot experience. We also have a dog that lives here are our facility, her name is Luna. Luna will be kenneled by the office and will not have access to the play yards while in use. Our yards are cleaned and sanitized at the end of the day. When booking please specify which play yard your are wanting to book.

Great for large dogs and sectioned for smaller pups too! We currently have no dogs or other pets, nor children. This is our private home. The space is open most of the day between 9am-8pm (Daylight hours). Summer grass areas are sunny and bright and begin to be shaded by the afternoon. Driveway Parking Please when possible. My neighbors prefer it. **BARKERS: My neighbors are starting to complain about excessive barking. If your dog is extremely vocal, this spot may not be the best choice. Normal and light barking is totally fine. I personally don't care, the barking doesn't bother me but I back up to neighbors on all sides. ((Especially if you choose morning or late afternoon hours) Digging is ok in the small fenced area to the right and water is available. Plenty of seating for humans. Host is usually on sight and works from home. Contact with host is optional.

Welcome to Maxie Pool for private water play time! The first pet pool in the area. The pool is chlorinated and professionally cleaned weekly. We provide S/M/L size dog life jackets (1 jacket for each size) and some pool toys. 2 guests come free with the 1st dog. Any additional dog includes 1 additional guest at no extra charge. If you have extra guests coming, please select the correct number of additional guests in the EXTRAS. Extra guest is $15/person/hour. Total 6 guests max. Sorry the pool is not suitable for children. Children under 16 years old are not allowed to enter the property for safety reasons. POOL RULES (please read) *Please note this is a private swimming session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times, NO coach/lifeguard on site. *The east side of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pet & humans swim at their own risk. Children under 16 years old are not allowed for safety reason. The host is not responsible for any liability. *Dog owners and guests are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but please note NO BATHROOM is provided. As this is mainly the dog pool, dogs constantly bring oil/dust/dirt to the pool. We clean after each visit and the filter system is on but there is a limit to how much the filter system can handle. Generally, the water is clearer on weekdays compared to weekends. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *This is a quiet neighborhood, please respect our neighbors so no screaming/yelling/loud music/pool parties. *Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the pool area, only off-leash your dog once the pool gate is locked. *The pool area is fenced. Please make sure the pool fence is locked at all times. *Please note there are plants, trees & flowers, and areas with mulch, rocks & stones in the backyard. Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet owners. *Please bring your own towels. No water hose/outlets/dryers available in the backyard and no shower facilities for dogs. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Monday and there might be pool chemicals. *No dog treats/human food or glassware in the pool. *No use of the pool beside the registered guests. *No peeing/pooping in the pool. Please pay close attention to your dog and let me know asap if your dogs accidentally pee/poop in the pool. *Please note there are external security cameras on the side gate entrance and the backyard. Video footage is only accessed should there be security incidents.
