I just got a dog and I want her to be dog friendly. $20 is for up to 3 hours if you don’t mind other dog friendly dogs. You can have up to 2 dogs any additional dog is $15. I have 4 chairs and there will be a basket sitting on the porch with bags gloves and treats and water bottles for humans and a pitcher of water for dogs. You will find a basket of toys on the side of the fence when you enter. Please clean up all poop! Sorry there is no bathroom for humans. If you want the yard just for you and your dog only it’s $35 for 3 hours. Up to 3 dogs

Fully fenced in backyard for you and your pup to enjoy! Spot has a hose for you to use, as well as water bowls (bowls will not be filled so there is no standing water). There is a box on the side of our shed with poop bags, please pick up after your pups! We also have a backyard camera for our safety as well as yours!

Recently got some trees cut down but we have a good space for a little doggie fun! I found that kids and dogs love the same things haha. Still working on a potty area near the fence entranc, as well as a rock border, but awesome place to chill and read a book while your dog runs around and explores. If your dog is friendly, would love to pet your pup! My middle is allergic so we will never be able to have a dog but we love them. I do have plants, so if your dog eats them, this may not be the yard for you. Have a sandbox with dirt for digging and a coaster for them to climb. There is a small opening under the deck, so if your dog is tiny, they may be curious to go under. I do use organic pet friendly weed killer sometimes but I try to keep the back as organic as possible.

This is a fenced in yard with breezes from the bay. Nice area to also walk your dog down by the water front.

It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.

We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio, which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats available on the patio for your doggo. Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. I previously lived in an apartment with my two large rescue dogs and used Sniffspot weekly for my pups to get some exercise in a safe way. I’m so thankful to have a yard now to share with other pups! My dogs will always be secured inside when you’re here. I’ll have a doggie pool and towels out when the weather is warm. Our backyard is fully fenced. Please relax under the shaded trees or on our porch while your pups run and play 🐾

My back yard is fully fenced and gets mowed every 2 weeks. It is accessible via the gate at the side of the house. It is mostly even grass. After a good rain the yard is full of fun puddles and can be muddy. So much fun for the pups! There are a couple of chairs in the yard and plenty of street parking.

Our backyard is about 1/4 acre fenced in with a gate that you can drive through in the event that you don’t want to leash up your dog to walk them into the backyard. We have a total of 3.5 acres with a path through the woods if you want a mini nature walk. The barn is accessible within the fenced area and we have a covered porch off the back of the house. There’s plenty of shade under the mature trees and chairs can be set out by request. The yard is treated 2x per year with non toxic, human and dog safe diatomaceous earth to deter fleas and ticks. Resident dog waste cleaned up regularly. Resident dogs up to date on all vaccinations. Ask me about pet sitting services!
