55This has been in, “My favorites” for a while and I’ve been wanting to check it out, and I’m so glad we did! Easy to get in and out, parked outside the gate, beautiful neighborhood and the view of the mountains were stunning. Healthy grass, clean and very spacious. The front yard which is available to guests is 0.5 acres. Hard to find in LA! So much room to play fetch. The backyard is for the owner’s dogs. It’s on a cul-de-sac and it’s so peaceful. You can hear the birds in the trees, which one of my dogs loved. The sandbox is a cute addition and there are two chairs in the shade, however one is broken.
Two things to know upon entering:
I entered one side of the gate and let the dogs off leash without realizing the other gate on the other side was open. I ran to the gate, told my dogs to stay and closed it immediately. Yes, I should’ve checked beforehand. Just always double check. 
It’s an iron gate and about 3 feet high. If you have a jumper, this wouldn’t be a good fit for your dog. Plus, there were some reactive dogs that a neighbor was walking, and he seemed to have no control of them. Hound dog types. One of the dog’s face fit through the space of the gate, snapping at my blue nose pittie, but thank God she’s a nice girl and did nothing. So just be on alert and aware of people and dogs circling the cul-de-sac. I had to hold my other two back from running to the gate and barking a few times. Good to be prepared if your dog is reactive. 
I hope my review helps anyone who is thinking about booking this place. We had a lovely time, and we will definitely be coming back. Love that the owner is a rescue mom!Sabrina A.

We did see and hear people during our visit, which is no problem but if you have reactive dogs like mine it's just something to keep in mind. My dogs had a great time here! They had so much space and Jared provides water bowls, toys, treats, and more. It was a very comfortable space, but later in the evening I'd recommend using bug spray. The host is very friendly! We did see and hear people during our visit, which is no problem but if you have reactive dogs like mine it's just something to keep in mind. There was also a dog barking somewhere nearby, but none of these distractions bothered my dogs for too long. Overall a really great Sniffspot. Thank you for having us!

Are small dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by park users so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars.
How can I find small dog parks in Pasadena?

How do I know if a small dog park works for my dog?
Start by applying basic filters, such as fencing and distractions, to find a dog park that works for your furry friends. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our small dog park sites where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. If your dog loves water, you can go to a park with water features, but if they don't love water, you can avoid them. We also recommend reading reviews to check for park maintenance issues and reaching out to the host with any questions. And lastly, of course, check park hours. What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot park?
We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that owners sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. We also require that pet owners follow safety protocols around water features.
Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot park at the same time as me?
Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
How much do Sniffspot small dog parks cost?
Small dog parks in the Pasadena area range from $2.0 and $100.0. The least expensive small dog park is Dominique's Private Dog Park In Paramount. The most expensive small dog park is Jonathan's Private Dog Park In Riverside. Each host sets their own price, so you can check the price on the specific Sniffspot dog park listing.
Can I have an event or party at a small dog park?
If you are planning an amazing small dog park party, each Sniffspot park has their own rules regarding special events. Many parks allow doggie birthday parties, training, water parties and other event types. Event organizers need to be responsible for their guests and event organizers should coordinate with the host regarding their fun party. Make sure the park has amenities you need for your party, such as a park with lots of picnic tables with park benches.
