Welcome to the farm land! We are mainly a goat and chicken farm and want to welcome others to have fun on our land! There is a seperate pasture where we have horses and cows but it is fenced off. We are about 3/4 of a mile off the main road and it is mostly quiet. We do have a pen on 12 goats but it is secure with mesh fencing. They can be a bit loud during feeding times. The grass is mowed aswell.

Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. Welcome to our farm! We are a small organic vegetable farm, most the vegetables are grown in the greenhouses, so please do your best to keep the dogs out of them. And do not panic if dogs wander in, we understand! The rest of the property is free to roam. The farm animals have been moved off the property. Dogs are free to roam inside the interior fenced pastures. There is a sitting area with water bowls and trash at the pond. The pond is located between the house and the barn, there is a sign with a map and parking. Please do not eat fruit from the trees. Enjoy!

All our SniffSpot funds are donated to PitCrew Rescue to raise money for a surgery that our foster dog needs. Our pool has been great for our dog after her TPLO surgery. I highly recommend water therapy for recovering from injuries. Our dog doesn’t like jumping in, so she uses the steps on both sides of the pool to get in and out. There’s a park across the street from our house with a public restroom. If you have any questions or requests, message me.

Amazing lawn- great for sniffing & playing fetch - & then there is a large private pond for puppy swimming & stretching those canine legs! The entire pond is surrounded by winding concrete paths for stretching your legs too! Both sun & shaded areas- lots of interesting wildlife can be seen. Nice place to play with your fur-baby. Option to add extras if you want to swim with your fur kids… Friends please send me a message ahead of time if you plan on swimming with your pups. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge. On the other hand if you want to bring the fam/friends and swim laps with your pups and break out some pool floats there is an additional $10 charge. ***New policy change. Fully fenced fairly flat with rolling hills for walking and running. Space has a few large open areas amongst forested areas with tall pine trees. Perfect for dogs that love to swim, run, play fetch and more. Terrain is mostly dirt with grassy patches and gravel roads. Therefore when it’s rainy please be mindful that it will be a bit muddy in spots. Space also has two ponds with easy accesible beaches for dogs to walk in and swim in. There is plenty of space to bring chairs and relax. We have a dog water bowl near the house that can be taken to any area needed on the property if the house is too far. Please note, we also have two dogs ourselves that are friendly but we will have them indoors whenever a guest books the spot, so you’re pups will have the place to roam by themselves. We also have cats that roam outside during the day so let us know if your dog isn’t good with cats and we can also ensure they are indoors. We work remotely so are typically home and free to help whenever needed.
