You can find wet wipes out in case you have a digger; and, you’ll find a blue tooth speaker for listening to music; outside outlets to charge your devices, paper and pen are on the patio table, as well as some casual reading if you choose. Also, Raider wanted to have have water toys and balls for your pup/s that you are welcome to use! There is a fire pit as well as a heater lamp in those colder nights to come. Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. I can fill the small kiddie pool if you let me know ahead of time. Entry is at the driveway. Hope to host you and your pup(s) soon! - Brittanie

We have a nice sized shallow step and a step that circles both sides of the pool, Perfect for first time dog swimmers! Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos.

Hello 😀 me and wife Rachel have always loved dogs! We own a mini-daschund, Bean. We would love to share our fully fenced in backyard in Culver City. Convenient to the 405, we are the antidote to the “no dogs allowed in Culver City parks” rule. We have a water bowl, grass, and seating for the owners in a secure, safe location.
