55Best day ever for Lola! She had so much fun splashing in the creek, running around and trying to find gophers. Fresh water, poo bags, even binoculars if you wanna bird watch is provided. We saw the horses and she gave ‘em a few barks but didn’t go near them. We passed the chicken coop and she wasn’t interested. Bonus points for the music playing as you enter but you can’t hear it when you’re near the creek. Very peaceful dog park.
55Peaceful little setup where my pup loves to fetch her ball
55Simon and Lexi had such a great time wading through the creek, chasing after balls and jumping through the tall grass! This is the spot that wears them out for the rest of the day! By far my favorite spot! So much to do and see here! Todd even gave me a dozen fresh chicken eggs!
55I took my four dogs (two 13-month-olds, a 5-year-old, and a 16-year-old) to this Sniffspot, and it was a great experience. The host was friendly, and the instructions were easy to follow with clear signs. The park was clean and well-maintained, with fresh water, toys, and a Chuck-It for fetch. My dogs loved the creek that runs along the park, and they spent a lot of time playing in the water. The trails through the tall grass were a nice touch, and they had fun searching for balls after I threw them. The uneven terrain was perfect for my senior dog, who walked around at his own pace and even waded in the creek. The fencing and landscaping kept them safely in the enclosed area, which was ideal with four dogs. Everyone came home happy and tired, and I’ll definitely be back.
55We loved this spot and can’t wait to return! Our dog really enjoyed the creek and how much of it there was to play in! She also really enjoyed the creek being different depths to splash in some places and swim in others. The host was great.
55Very nicely maintained huge fenced spot. The creek is really wonderful and we spent the whole time playing in it. I really appreciated the extra touches like water for both humans and dogs and the toys as well. The shady picnic area was great too. Plenty of area to play fetch, explore and sniff and splash around. Signs are very clear and helpful.
55Super fun! Really beautiful place. There was so much space for the dogs to run around, and they had a blast in the creek.
55We absolutely love this spot! Beautiful grounds and a great water feature! A lot of care is put into this place.
55Great spot! Clear instructions before and good signage during our visit. Pups loved the creek and large grassy area to play fetch. Humans loved the covered seating area. We'll be back!
55Thank you for sharing your space with us. We enjoyed our time at the creekside. My dog was super tired at the end and was still refusing to leave. We will definitely be back soon!! The fencing is secured and lots of space to play hide and seek with our dog.

Hazards

At Creek, due to Rise and Fall, there is inflow, at bridge, and outflow, which are raised for flood waters. These are backed with Invisible 6acre Fencing. During Summer and Fall, preFlooding, I lower them, but a Swimmer dog can TRY to go under the entrance and exit of said Creek. 7year 3month , I've worked to create BEST family Space for my own, as land could possibly become, from a NW Jungle. 'Hosting' many family / friends' Gatherings=many dog guests('inLaws') HA HA A Fully Fenced, monitored daily, open Green-Space We (my Father brings over Riding Mower, I Push-Mow, Weed-Whack other side of creek region). This is and HAS been a FAMILY project 7yr3mnt. ONE VISION = To create usable recreational Sustainable area for people who respect such a unique greenspace, rehabilitated from Federal Fisheries Worker and more, passion. Abundantly clear, just look over either fence, North or South. Solo Work, and life project, is what this is. For Families, mine and extended, to ENJOY. From Entrance Security Gate, FULLY FENCED 5.9 acre w/ year round creek to small river (seasons vary!) for swimming, running FULL SPEED, fetch, etc. The entrance is gated; left Closed, PLEASE Close behind you= Home entrance. Please park on the gravel in front of Green Barn gate. Walk through the chain link Gate by Barn(close Chain Link Gate) .Your dogs play in the entire middle & lower fenced fields/creek area. Leave the Creek Gates Closed to keep eye on your pups better if you want. The fenced creek area, My two dogs will be in house or on our own trips. There are 9 chickens, which are contained in their run, when guests are here.

Hike up the mini forest

Our property is shy of 12 acres, 9+ acres of which we're sharing as a private off leash dog space or Sniffspot. The entrance is over the bridge where the creek is and 'From Creek to Back of Property' is all yours to explore. You may unleash your doggies right after the bridge and chain the gate if you want. Dogs might run down the creek for a splash or drink. Continue on to our family campground, there are picnic tables you could use. Then, up the hill you go to 'hike up the mini forest', free to roam around, listen to the birds, squirrels and other critters and sounds that nature brings you. You'll find seating areas while your dogs are at play, feel free to use them. Enjoy a picnic with your loved ones if you're up for it on one of the cabin porches or covered / uncovered picnic tables. The back of property behind fence is DNR land, so rest assured you’re on your own private little world with your furry buddies. The mini forest has some large walking paths and smaller trails scattered about, also some open meadows and is at a peaceful wooded setting. This is where I go to unwind and relieve my head of stress and worries. It’s my place of meditation, while my dogs sniff and romp around like crazy, do their zoomies and play hide n seek! *If you want to save a little bit of moolah, check out Sniffpass. Forget about the gym, you'll get your exercise here with your dogs. If you have older dog/s and would like to drive below the hill to park so the fur buddy don't get exhausted, message me.* Some of you have asked about the cabins. Sniffspot is unavailable if Cabins are booked or vice versa. Booking is through Hipcamp (www.hipcamp.com). Name of listing: 'Grace E.'s Mini Forest Cabins'. But I would unblock the hours for Sniffspot use if that day isn't booked for Hipcamp, so please try to check back, who knows that day might be available! Anyway, hope you too will enjoy your little 'hike up the mini forest..'
