UPDATE: We are gearing up for a kitchen remodel and landscape makeover! It is very exciting, but unfortunately it means we will have to close down our SniffSpot for a little while. We will be slowly decreasing the days we’re open until December when we’ll be fully closed for at least a month. Here you will find a large grassy area for the pups as well as a covered patio with chairs and a ceiling fan for the humans. The house is in a great neighborhood and backs up to the school yard of Charles Peck Elementary. Generally things are quiet here, but you may hear the occasional dog barking, kid playing, or school bell. If there's a spot open in our driveway, feel free to take it, otherwise you can park on the street in front of our house. Enter through the gate on the right-hand side of the house (pull the string to undo the latch). Help yourselves to our hoses/spigots, basket of toys, pooper scooper, and any ripe fruit off our trees! Note: The yard is not perfect with some patchy spots and lumps/bumps throughout. We recently moved here and are continually working on yard improvements. I live in a tiny home on the property but am gone a lot for work. Would be nice if others could use the land while I’m not there. Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! Hello! If your pup needs a private, fenced area to run off-leash, we've got just the spot! U-shaped yard has plenty of room to run and play. Hose is available for drinking water, water play, and bathing. Please remember to shut off the faucet when you're finished. Shaded patio seating area. We put treats, toys and fresh water out before each visit when we can. Short notice bookings are welcome, but please note we may not be available to put goodies out. Empty bowls are provided and can be filled with the hose. Need something else? Just ask! We'll try to accommodate every request. We are new to this and adding amenities as we're learning what our guests want and need. We frequently dog sit for multiple people and we block off reservations during those times. If you have special circumstances and need a spot during a block, just message me and I'll see if I can arrange it. We're not quite ready to get a dog of our own yet, but in the meantime, this amazing yard shouldn't go to waste. Welcome to “Pep’s place”, Santa Rosa’s premier Sniffspot location. Located in the heart of Santa Rosa “Peps place” offers more than 1.25 acres of fully fenced dog Paradise. Dedicated to our late great German Shepherd Pepper, this was her favorite spot to chase a ball. Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. Note: Current conditions are dry and the spot is 90% covered with medium bark to keep down the late season weeds. Please come prepared for these conditions. Note: On weekends during our olive harvest season (late October to early December) there will be workers in the orchard visible from the spot from time to time, quite a way away. Also, there may be cars parked near the spot parking area but these are our workers. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. Welcome to our dog pool! Yup, that’s right, we designed this pool specifically for dogs!!!! We have 3 large benches that accommodate dogs of all sizes (some benches are more shallow/deeper than others), plus a step that goes all the way around the pool for dogs to walk on. In addition to that, we have a step in the deep end that makes it easy for the dogs to get in and out of the pool! We also have bubblers inside of the pool (the dogs go crazy over these) and then outside of the pool we have fountains that shoot into the pool! This is literally a dream pool for dogs and dog owners! The pool is surrounded by artificial turf and a gorgeous view! We can’t wait for you to check out our pool! We would love to have you and your pup at our doggie space in SF! Come visit our indoor play place perfect for small dogs as well as our fully fenced outdoor doggie turf play area in San Francisco! We are located at 2121 Taraval St. between 32nd and 33rd st. We also have easy street parking. We have a 3 dog maximum, or one "dog family" maximum, for private 1 hour bookings. We offer hosted Birthday Parties and other events, with a Top Dog SF Team Member, for $300 per event, for a minimum of 2 hours. Non-Top Dog SF hosted dog party and private space rentals are $65 an hour with a minimum of four hours = $260. This allows you enough time for you to set up, have a two hour dog party and then clean up after your event. Please be sure to lock up the front door while you are using the space and when you leave.
