Hello, We would like to welcome our dog friends to our private fully fenced wooded dog park we named The North Star Ranch. The North Star is positioned right over our entrance, and you might see it if you stay at the ranch late. Our ranch currently has no land improvements, which means that you’ll have to bring your own water, snacks, poo bags, and flashlights if you book early or late in the day. Also we have no trash collection, so please take your waste home with you. This is what we do as well. Consider a visit to our ranch a visit to nature that has been fenced in for your dogs’ convenience. And as in all Florida woods, there are some safety concerns you need to be aware of before your reservation. There are more or less visible stumps and vines all over the ranch. There are also some prickly cacti, buckthorn bushes and brambles. Tree logs and trunks have been arranged in some areas as edging for trails. The ranch is a work in progress and we are very slowly cutting prickly plants back to where they aren’t in dogs’ faces, but it’s taking us a while. So be prepared for an encounter with (hopefully gentle) Florida wilderness. Long pants and closed toed shoes are very much recommended. We also suggest tick spray if you’re worried about them. We find that in winter time they are rare. Mosquito cream is available during summer months at the gate. We recommend you use it. There is a 20 liter canister of water for dogs available at the picnic table along with a black rubber bowl. There is a back gate at the ranch and we don’t suggest venturing out of, as the back of the property is NOT fenced, and trails are unkempt. Please stay in the fenced-in area only for your safety! We hope you and your dog enjoys lots of sniffing while you’re either strolling along or sitting down in one of our picnic areas. There is some agility equipment available at your discretion. Please use it wisely and look out for your pet’s safety first. Wilderness warning! ⚠️ Snakes have been spotted at the ranch several times. Our dogs run through the ranch daily, so wildlife is used to human and canine presence. This was their home before we enclosed it, so we respect their presence and move around them if we spot them. To this date we haven’t had any negative experience with the wildlife, and we surely want to see you stay safe as well. Keep your eyes open if you veer off the main paths, and have some treats in your pocket to help call your dog back to you in case of a snake sighting. The sightings definitely drop off in the colder months. We hope you enjoy our ranch as much us we do! Our dogs absolutely love it and we lovingly nicknamed this place our “sanity ranch”. Enjoy!

10 acre professional animal training ranch. Dog area is fully fenced for all size dogs. Large oak tree for shade with a bench for sitting. Kiddie pool, hose access, and sand box. Play Ball! Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field (fenced) located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a private use, dog park "alternative" where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash in the company of their people ONLY while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use visits combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well as privacy screening of Club fencing, are designed to ensure minimal encounters with others dogs or people (within vicinity/outside Club). Private use/visits are limited to maximum of *3 "registered" dogs and 3 guests from SAME household per visit. Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/visits by unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and between dogs from different households is NOT permitted. The Club is NOT an open access dog park. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered - not guaranteed - by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. New guests and their "registered" pup(s) are required to meet with Club Manager on their 1st visit for a 5 minute orientation. Returning guests will - after their 3rd visit - receive a unique gate code for "unassisted" gate access as well as ability to contact Club Manager to open time slots within the restricted early morning & early evening schedules. The Club field is 1/2 acre, quiet, shaded, and fully-fenced (6 foot w/privacy screening). Restricted gate access: Existing members and regular/returning non-members (after 3 visits) are provided with a unique code for "unassisted" gate access. New and occasional guests gain '"assisted" access by Club Manager. Amenities include: dig pit (10x10x3 shaded pit) with non-toxic playground-grade play sand; agility equipment; tether ball pole; lizard island w/elevated planks; bungee pulls: in-ground and tree-supported; luring and fetch toys; Nose Work/Scent Work Stations (at base of each of 15 trees) and scent cans. Club Manager will pre-bait stations/cans with guest-supplied food lures upon advanced request by guest. ***Non-communal, filtered water station (for dogs only) with disposable water bowls (for non-members) and collapsible, reusable silicone bowls (provided to each existing member). Satchel's Place is a non-profit 501c(3) and state licensed. We are a member of the Greated Hernando Chamber of Commerce. Proceeds from Satchel's Place benefit local rescues and pet owners suffering financial hardship. Working with local vets, we can provide financial assistance for pets facing "financial euthanasia" because owners cannot afford medical care for their best friend. Five minutes from either the Dade City exit (293, Blanton Rd) or from the north, exit 301 (US98/SR50). Centrally located 35 minutes from Tampa, 45 minutes from Orlando. I own a dog boarding business out of my home. I’m happy to share my yard with dogs who don’t do well in a normal dog park, or who prefer their own private space. My dogs and the dogs that I’m taking care of, will stay inside while you’re here.

Fully fenced in with plenty of trails to run and sniff. The woods is separated from our main yard. So you’re welcome to hang out without anyone invading your space. We are working on implementing an agility course, so be on the lookout for that! The natural landscape provides a lot of shade, and there is usually a nice breeze under the canopy. Located walking distance from Orange City Elementary, this would be a perfect spot to let your dog roam and sniff before picking the kids up! Take a seat and let your dog roam, sniff, and dig.

All available free of charge, WiFi, parking, lighting, electrical outlet, bon fire pit, grill, water and bowl, pet enclosures, dog runs, folding chair, toys, smokers outpost for roaches and butts. (tobacco and 420 friendly) Please clean up after your pet. A scooper is available. Please scoop poop do not bag up your poop unless it’s a fetish thing. It’s stupid we bag poop. Just don’t leave it where someone will step in it or smell it! If your dog is sick in my grass, report it so it can be sanitized properly. You don’t have to have a pet to enjoy, just rent the spot! 5 acres of partially cleared and wooded land with a shallow and deep pond fully stocked with brim, cane pole and kid fishing is allowed, there are turkeys, guineas and chickens on site that can be caged. All drinks are acceptable and smoking friendly. There is a bathroom with outside access along with water hoses and outlets/extension cords. If you have your own training device you’d like to bring and set up we can work out half day or full day rates. This property is great for SAR training

Fully fenced backyard, I have a very friendly large dog that loves to socialize, but we don’t mind giving you privacy. The dogs next door do bark at the fence sometimes, but are not visible.
