Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. However we do live in a location which our neighbors dogs can be seen or heard. So if your dog is reactive to other dogs our spot might not be a right fit. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. However, UPS and Fedex do make deliveries so that is something to consider if your dog has issues. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

Welcome to our brand new Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. Fully fenced yard on Mt. Kearsarge bordering Rollins State Park located at the historic property settled by the Watkins family in the early 1790’s. Abner Watkins was a founding father of Warner and a soldier in the Revolutionary War serving under Ebenezer Webster, father of Daniel. They fought in the Battles of Bennington and Saratoga and came back victorious. Abner with his wife Ruth and family retired up here on the mountain and is buried at the small cemetery down the road. Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful oak, maple, birch, pine & ash trees and let your dogs run, play and find sticks. I’m ok if they dig! That’s what dogs love to do! Plenty of shade and a new picnic table. Right next door is the Rollins State Park toll gate to go up Mt. Kearsarge and also access to miles of hiking trails. Fresh drinking water for the dogs! Have fun!

Ticket to Heaven is a small rescue farm sitting on a total of 75 acres, where we provide visits to learn about horses, farm and rescue. We have both farm and small animals in our care. In addition to a fully fenced run area (maybe 1.5-2 acre) and an easily accessible private trail loop. All proceeds through sniffspot go directly to the Sanctuary.

Ruby’s Retreat for Reactive Dogs is a place where a dog can come to be dog. We have about .75 acres fenced with a ramp, oversized dig box, hideout, tether tug, (available upon request)kiddie pool and or splash pad. We also have about an acre of wooded trails that were created for Ruby and her brother’s daily sniff and strolls. Ruby was dog reactive which limited her outings, we would like to give other dogs the opportunity to be a dog with no stress and just be a dog. This spot is in memory of Ruby and her way of helping other dogs like her. Rocky (Ruby’s brother) and Ruby were the inspiration behind what we’d like to offer your dog. Thanks for checking us out 🐾🐾

The dog park at Starwind Farm is located on a working horse farm and offers three options. There is a beautiful walk next to the river with a path that winds around the horse paddocks. There is an indoor riding arena for off leash play and work. There is a small fenced in grass paddock for contained, on leash work. A recently fully fenced back yard! Wood in the front for privacy and chainlink in the back. This sniffari is about .5 acres. There will be toys available! Balls, chuck it and anything requested if you would like. There are Adirondack chairs, low chairs and a sectional that is dog friendly. A canopy for shade! And woods are to the back and left making this a quiet and peaceful yard. Your dog will get to enjoy a private play time and sniff. Please let me know if you will need sunscreen/water to enjoy while you hangout with you pup (s).

Hello! We are excited to share our yard! The unique thing about us is we offer an agility obstacle course and a dog pool (upon request). We do have two dogs that we will keep inside and not visible. You may enter the property through a gate on the side of the house, but we will get more into details when you book :)

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Remote switch for lights is located on the bulletin board in the barn. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. Let your pup run in open yard. Lots of sticks, some wildlife sightings. Ample parking off a private dirt road. Not set up as dog friendly, but we have the land! Currently set up exclusively as carry in, carry out. You MUST clean up after your dog! Stay on the open areas, there is bow and arrow practice in neighboring woods. If dogs are prone to running, it’s not the space for you. Currently offering on a trial basis. Sprinklers and possible additional amenities available upon request and as we grow!
