55John's property is amazing! There were so many trails to explore with our pups, and also a nice meadow area for them to romp around as well. Plenty of water for the pups with the creeks on the land, and there were benches and chairs scattered around which was very nice. John was so welcoming and showed us around at the start of the visit. 55Absolutely the most perfect place! If you want to hike and have some great fun in the mud, dirt, water and or just views this is the place! This spot was amazing, I will be back many many times. The owner was so sweet, they have beautiful wildlife on their property, well taken care of trail paths, and it was easy to find and get to. If it’s been raining I recommend wearing boots as some spots are a little muddy. My dog absolutely loved it, it was like we were hiking on a private trail. We did have to go through a pasture with loose chickens, bunnies, and cows - if your dog has a strong prey drive I’d suggest reaching out to the owners to ask if you can meet them at a different parking spot at the top of the trails. Beautiful spot! This sniff spot is beautifully maintained with lovely owners! My dog and I had a blast exploring all the trails. We did have to go through a pasture with loose chickens, bunnies, and cows - if your dog has a strong prey drive I’d suggest reaching out to the owners to ask if you can meet them at a different parking spot at the top of the trails. We will definitely be making the trip out here again at some point!

Note: The property is not fenced so should only be used with dogs that have good return.

Spring ash Farm is amazing!!! Brought my husky and I had booked for two hours but he wore himself out after just an hour! He was beyond excited to see all the animals up close. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
