Hi! We have two Australian Shepherds. An 8 year old blue merle (Elvira) and a 2 year old red merle (Roary). We are also fostering a German Shepherd pup named Lola who is around 8 months old. We are a huge dog loving family, and we'd love to welcome other floofs to our yard. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. 💕 We lived in an apartment for many years with our floofs, so we know how it is not to have your own yard for your fur kids. My husband and I both work in the medical field and would love to allow other dogs to use our space to run and play freely. The yard has privacy fencing all around, and chances are there will already be plenty of tennis balls and other toys around. We also have a pool our dogs love. My name is Lindy and I was a dog mom of 2 beautiful Angels that are now together forever, they passed 2 years apart and with this most recent loss of my Great Dane I like a good reason to keep up with our yard for a dog still. They had lots of fun and exercises and sunbathing back here and they would hate for it to go to waste! Miller Road "Bark" Yard is close you you! To those who might not be up to that walk again. You feel your dog isn't getting to "run". I have approximately a quarter acre, fully fenced in, well maintained yard. I have a 12 lb. dog. I don't use fertilizer or pesticides in the yard as we feed the local the critters. Plenty of birds, squirrels to chase, occasional rabbit. Outdoor Water available. Digging area (10'x10', Sand) Padded seating is available as well as shade. Take your dog to our homestead and rest in our shaded studio while your dog can explore, sniff, and play in our 10,000 sqft fully fenced pasture. You and your dog(s) will have the pasture to yourselves during your booking. Parking under our carport is for you. To get to the Sniff Spot after parking: 1) Take your leashed dog to the path to the right of our home. Dogs must be leashed to and from your car to the pasture. 2) Once you approach the greenhouse/hoophouse, take the trail to the right and you will see a latched gate. 3) Enter the gate and close it behind you, ensuring it is latched. 4) Let your dog free! 5) Please pick up after your dog. You can dispose of your doggy bag at the brown trash can at Kennedy and our gravel driveway. 6) Please ensure gate is fully latched when you enter and leave. In addition, if you keep your dog leashed, feel free to hike the small network of trails due south of the greenhouse during your visit.

This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Our home is situated on an acre lot with over half the property fully fenced in the backyard. There is plenty of room to run and play with your fur babies! We have chairs and a table available for you to sit and relax while your pet gets their energy out. Our small covered deck allows you shade from the sun or rain, while still being able to interact with your pup. Kids allowed as we have a playscape and many outdoor toys. We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. You will not have to see any dogs while being here, no worries we have you cover. We currently have two dogs, a Saint Bernard and a golden retriever who absolutely love to run around and be care free. We moved from a super small apartment with them both not being able to burn off all the energy that they have to now being too tired to play once we come inside. We provide dog water, a few toys, shelter and shade. There are cable spools, weave poles, a tunnel and a jump for your dog to use for confidence building and exercise! New to the spot are solar lights. These light up the seating area at night, so feel free to book those cool fall evenings 🍁 🐾Splash Pad has been put away until next year🐾 NOTE: This time of year, mushrooms grow in our yard after rain. These are standard lawn mushrooms and should not pose a threat to your dog other than the possibility of an upset tummy should they eat a lot. We do our best to remove these as we see them come up, but be aware you may see a few stray mushrooms, and they are NOT toxic.
