Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends. Ticket to Heaven is a small rescue farm sitting on a total of 75 acres, where we provide visits to learn about horses, farm and rescue. We have both farm and small animals in our care. Fully fenced yard on Mt. Kearsarge in Warner, NH bordering Rollins State Park located at the historic property settled by the Watkins family in the early 1790’s. Abner Watkins was a founding father of Warner and a soldier in the Revolutionary War serving under Ebenezer Webster, father of Daniel. They fought in the Battles of Bennington and Saratoga and came back victorious. Abner with his wife Ruth and family retired up here on the mountain and is buried at the small cemetery down the road. Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful oak, maple, birch, pine & ash trees and let your dogs run, play and find sticks. I’m ok if they dig! That’s what dogs love to do! PLEASE READ – Important Info Below Updated July 13, 2025: We mowed the spot today! Planning to weed whack around the agility equipment soon—check the first few pictures for how it currently looks. Depending on my health, it may take a few days to finish. About the Pooch Playground: Located on a scenic working farm (you may see tractors or people at a distance), this fully enclosed ¼-acre space sits beside a small woodland, offering peace and privacy. The nearby field is preserved for wildlife. Grass Care: We mow weekly on the highest setting—grass stays longer than a golf course but never over ankle height. This protects the lawn from wear and dog urine. We also leave small "islands" of taller grass for sniffing fun. Shade & Seating: There isn’t much natural shade, but feel free to move the chair to a shady spot if needed. Frisbees: Free to take home! Pool Info: The water may look cloudy due to an algae inhibitor and barley treatment—it’s safe for dogs. Other Notes: We do morning and evening chores, so you may see us around. The garden, house, and barn are far enough away that it's rarely a disruption. Lost a toy in the tall grass? Just let us know—we’re happy to fetch it for you.

If your pups likes to swim we highly encourage you guys to take a dip in the pond, Browns Pond is a natural pond located in Peabody that covers an area of about 28 acres. It's known for its exquisite beauty. You can also relax, our place provides plenty of seating arrangements and we recommend for u to bring your fishing rod if you wish. This place also provides treats, a water bowl and a hose so if your pups decide they want to go swimming we highly recommend cleaning your dog off. We love our space so much and we would love for you to get that experience too.
